Bella is such a blessing for this store. She went above and beyond when I came to the store for billing questions. She made sure everything was perfect and had such an amazing attitude with all the questions I had. Thank you, Bella!

I an 82-year-old black woman went into T-Mobile on Doyle and Providence in Deltona Florida there were two customers being served as I walked in ,no other people accept myself, two couples and two Representatives six people all together. When I walked in no representative said anything to me no greeting. I waited by myself there for 20 minutes while the representatives were helping the two couples. When the new manager saw a senior white male come in the door 20 minutes later, they greeted him with welcome to T-Mobile. Which they never greeted me a elderly black woman. When they manager at the time I didn't know he was the manager was finished with his customer, he proceeded past me and went to the white male customer and said can I help you. I said excuse me I'm next. Outright racism. To top that off he lied and said Oh I thought you two were together. I said of course you didn't think we were together I've been here 20 minutes before that gentleman. The white gentleman said she's next I just came in the door a few minutes ago. The manager proceeded to justify his actions lying over top of Lies. He went into the back , and I went to the door I said it's distasteful, when you treat me as though you're white, and Overlook me to go and serve a white person. He ran up in my face and told me to get out this is my place you have to do what I say. The white customer said she was here first it's her turn. This Indian from India is yelling and screaming in my face to get out this was his place threatening me. I left shaking and extremely upset I could hardly drive home. I called my daughter and told her of the incident. She called the store and talked to that racist hateful intimidating threatening store manager. He lied to my daughter saying he thought that the white man and I were together and he's was apologetic. At that point my daughter was sick of his lies. We were with T-Mobile at least 15 to 20 years. Putting up with bad reception and after 5G was installed we were not receiving phone calls drop calls underwater calls you name it it was bad Not only did we receive bad reception on my phone for 2 years and had to face racism blatant racism and that a young man runs up into my face threatening me and yelling for me to get out because he gave poor service and he didn't want to ruin his name he told my daughter. We are severing our relationship with T-Mobile and their races incompetent staff

Professional and friendly staff, helped get myself and my daughter on new phones and a new plan. Most cell places are like the DMV, but highly recommended this location and staff.

Went to buy a Galaxy S23 Ultra cash and they told me that I had to get it in a special offer phone and watch. I told them I just wanted the phone. They asked me why I wanted that phone and I told them I wanted it because I like the phone and the features. Then they tried to persuade me to buy another phone and I said no.Finally told me they didn't have the phone I wanted and that I would have to order it to get shipped to my house.Terrible sale and service.

I went into this store Sunday for some assistance and both of the clerks were very professional and above all helpful. They assisted me as much as they could and then pointed me in the right direction to solve my problem, they weren't pushy or try to sell me anything. When I left the store I felt good because some customer service as of lately has not been welcoming. Good job by these two clerks.

We switch to T-Mobile when we moved to Florida. The sales associate scammed us into trading in our perfectly fine phones to get an overall discount. She lied blatantly to our faces about how much our bill was going to be every month. The first month the bill was what she said it was gonna be, and then next month and the bill tripled. The last six months every single month I’ve been on the phone with T-Mobile for well over an hour trying to fix this. Finally switched the account into my name in order to get a military discount and get the bill back down to what was originally promised. Yet T-Mobile continuously, put us onto the wrong plan. We’ve had to switch plans 5+ times to get the bill close to what was originally promised at the store. I was promised by three different associates that the original account in my fiancé’s name was closed. Yeah we got double charged from both accounts for two months in a row. One charge from a closed account after hours on the phone and multiple different associates telling me this account was confirmed as closed. Even got a confirmation text. Today, we then get a call from collections saying we have over $270 worth of bills that we have not paid from an account that’s been closed for 2 months. As soon as our phones are paid off, we are leaving T-Mobile. Do not come to the store or switch to T-Mobile. They will scam you in anyway they possibly can. We’ve also had multiple associates lie to us about what our bill will be as well as the status of both of our accounts. And between the six different associates that we have talked to in the six months that we’ve been associated with T-Mobile, not a single one of them, mentioned that we had an outstanding charge that was ruining my fiancé’s credit score. The original store associate that was helping us was a young girl with brown hair. Her sales reps number ends in 671. I would drop her name if I knew it. I believe it’s amanda. But her and the manager were the original scammers. If I could give this store and T-Mobile less than one star I would. STAY AWAY and check your bank account frequently and often if you’re going to link it with T-Mobile. Disgusted with this situation.

This Store Sucks!!! My wife went there to get a new phone because she Broke Hers... The Manager HUSTLED her into a new contract just for a discount.. The major problem here is that My Wife and I had a Contract Together! So the manager new that but went ahead broke the contract voiding me out and signing My Wife into a 2 yr plan just for phone discount.Thats how much they care about you. Just a commission. We were able to get out of it thru the help lines @ TMobile... Also took her old phone as a trade in that we couldn't get back. The only good thing is found Mint Mobile. And are saving alot of money and Mint Mobile uses the TMobile towers anyway. So good service. Good support. And save a lot of money!! F... TMobile!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff took care of my daughter who was visiting from new york and needed to upgrade her cell. She walked away very satisfied with the service she received.

The girl with the septum and point nails tried to scam me there last week. Wouldn't help me with my phone insurance I pay $22 a month for to file a claim, it is all about making a sale here. I had to go all the way to the Sanford store to get help and they got me a new phone ordered in minutes. All I paid was $5.35 for the warranty fee. That girl at the Doyle store tried selling me a plan for $435.00. If I was d*** I would have fallen for her trick, spend the extra on the gas and go to the Sanford store on WP Ball blvd. They are sooooo helpful and won't try to make you feel helpless.
