The Deltona Club

Hours: The Deltona Club is a large, affordable golf course in central Florida that offers a challenging and open style of play. Despite being in a busy area with a lot of play, the course generally stays in good condition, especially the greens, which are often fast, true, and receptive when properly watered. However, during the dry season, the greens can suffer from lack of water and turf loss, particularly on certain fairways showing significant wear. The course layout is enjoyable and has potential, reminding some of Victoria Hills but in better shape, though it could benefit from more investment to improve overall conditions. The staff are friendly, but the course sometimes appears rough due to limited personnel, leading to worn areas and less maintenance. The clubhouse offers limited food options, and the bunkers could use more sand. The driving range is also subpar, with little grass and mixed balls. Overall, The Deltona Club provides a fun and challenging experience at a great price, with room for improvements in turf quality and amenities.
