Another company that refuses to speak with their customers. All calls go to automation that continually speaks about simple issues that you are not calling about. After you are forced to listen to all their unnecessary garble and choose a prompt, the automation says, sorry I didnt get that and the process starts all over again. This is done and set up on purpose so a customer can't speak to an actual person. Either you choose to do it through a link only or you will not be spoken to.

The customer service is absolutely horrible, the whole place is trash. None of them care, I had a package that went missing and never left the station a month ago. It was a small package but had $300 I can’t fully get back entirely even if I file a missing item or a dispute for a refund and the item I can’t get back as well. 🤦🏽♂️ I will never come back here and thank god I have a closer office near that I’ve never had an issue with because if there was an option to give this place less than 1 star I would.

Living in Deltona for 2 years now. My mail carrier is awesome. I shop online a lot. He always delivers my stuff with a smile. He even made sure to give me a little grief when my team lost the Superbowl lol. It was hilarious! Never had an issue sending or receiving anything. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This is the least I could do to help that situation. I'll be going today to mail a package with a label on it already. I'll be out of there in 2 minutes as I don't need to wait in a line or talk to anyone. Learn how the mail system works and it's amazingly simple ?

Mailed a letter with a check from my home. Can see it was picked up by mail carrier on my Ring. Letter never made it to its destination. Can’t make an online claim because it requires a tracking number. Very disappointing that you can’t send mail reliably through the USPS unless you pay to have it sent priority mail.

The U.S.Postal Service offers minimal to no customer service. Nearly unreachable by phone and little regard for the accuracy or level of positive customer service. Typical government agency.

They are in violation of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. They don’t know who the disability coordinator is and can’t/won’t provide their name and contact info. It’s to be posted in the building and on the website and provided to any interested person upon request. They are supposed to have an internal grievance procedure, they don’t! Their procedure for requesting accommodation is discriminatory. It says the disability must be SEVERE, that the request must be in WRITING, and that the disability must be PHYSICAL. Those are all limiting and discriminatory. Brian Rodriguez the supervisor and Pierre Hall the Postmaster are deplorable and imo criminals. They discriminated against me, defamed me and may have lied to the VCSO.

dropped a package off last Friday to ship within Florida in the blue bins -no tracking updates at all doesn’t show a single scan but rude guy at counter tried to blame me for there being no updates .

Our mail carrier in our area of Deltona around 4th Ave has made a person feels so good because we didn't have a lot of money to give to our carriers or garbage men this year or any money at all so I made homemade cookies and she remembered and put a note in the mailbox thanking me for the cookies it was the best gift that I got thank you so much Linda for being our mail carrier and appreciating the little bit that we have this year
