The supervisor went above, and beyond to help me find a lost manilla envelope. Even drove over to my mailbox š¬ to look in it herself. This is still ongoing. I hope, and pray š that we find it.

What a horrible post office!!
After 5pm you can not buy stamps inside, used to be able to buy stamps in the lobby from a machine after hours, but not anymore. Makes no sense with all the technology in the world today and the post office can't even have a stamp machine.
Hope they do away with government run post offices so we can go to another type of store that knows what customer service is about.

This location totally SUCKS. I sent a priority mail and also certified package from Deltona Florida to Tallahassee Florida. It cost me almost $17.00. I went to the post office in person 04/29 and spoke with the clerk. He said it should get there by no later than 05/01. As of 05/07 it still has not gotten there. I spoke with a female supervisor of that post office and she refused to give me a refund. Did not give a shit in my opinion. Guess it did not matter what the clerk told me !!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Iāve only had to send a package maybe a handful of times since Iāve lived near this area. With that being said this post office has to be one of the best in the area maybe the entire state. Each time I have been here the workers are the most kind, caring, and helpful people. I donāt send things often so Iām usually confused. They are always such a help. Canāt thank them all enough truly.

Horrible service. Came to pick up mail, ended up waiting forever for a supervisor ( have no idea why they need supervisor to release the mail ) who never came.

They need to hire new mail carriers, I shouldnāt have to deal with my packages being delivered in someone elseās mailbox every single time, this has been happening now for months! I donāt get why itās that hard to just read a number correctly ffs

I was expecting a package to be delivered when I was at work so I applied the electronic signature so that they would deliver it anyways. However, the package was late and I was home, when the man got to my house I was waiting for him to knock on the door. He never knocked or rang the doorbell and then went back to his truck with my package. I chased him down and he said sorry nothing I can do now I have to take it back. Like are you joking me, you didn't knock on my door and it shouldn't have needed a signature in the first place. Try hiring people that at least do the bare minimum. That was a ridiculous and infuriating situation.

Excellent service and very fast. Yesterday I had to send 2 packages and with the help of Moises (who helped me with certain doubts because my English is limited) everything was very fast and productive. Thank you for the excellent service and for the bilingual people.

Missing packages. I have pick up requests an they won't scan all my packages. Than they dissappear. This is the 3rd time sneakers have went missing.

Not a bad location but it needs sprucing up inside. A lot of cutbacks over the years in services but no face-lift inside. Looks old, tired, faded signs, missing baseboard at front desk, dated signage, no stamp vending machine...however there is lots of parking
