We love how Mrs. Rozina and Ms. Miranda did the extra mile with there's knowledge and costumer services experience with our family, and give us a solution for our emergency situation in the middle of the holidays, our family definitely has a better rest of the holidays because this ladies, so Mrs. Rozina and Ms. Miranda; Thank you very much for everything you guys did, God bless you and your families.

My injured wife just spent 45 minutes in the drive through trying to get her medication, when she called she was told by a female(didnt catch the name), to "come inside and don't complain". Not only did she have a dog with her, she was hung up on and not able to go inside... I will be following up with this.

How are your hours going to be advertised as until 10:00pm but you already close your pharmacy window and the doors by 9:55pm? Make it make sense? As someone who used to work in retail, your doors and everything should be open until 10:00pm, then you lock it up and finish ringing up anyone left within the store. Just make it make sense.

Pharmacy is shit. No one wants to answer the phone. They have lost my prescription multiple times. You'll literally wait at the counter for 30 minutes while they completely ignore you. There's like over five people behind the counters at times. Like I get it ones on drive through and one or two are filling prescriptions. But what about the other three. Like I was waiting to be helped at the counter and they literally told me to hold on, while they were talking to each other. They weren't working they were talking. There are a few good employees in the pharmacy and I've only seen them once or twice the rest are shitty and don't want to do their jos

Bought some things from here yesterday morning and found out about 20 minutes later that I no longer needed them. Went to return them only to find out that they refuse to do the return back onto my card because I didn't have the receipt. Few problems with that, it was the same person that checked me out, never put my receipt in my bag and when I called him out on it, just said he can't do anything without the original receipt since I didn't take it but again he never gave it to me nor asked when I made the purchase. When I asked if he printed it and threw it away maybe, he just said oh we already emptied all the trash cans so he couldn't look.Never imagined it'd be a problem for a return since I did it under a phone number and name in the system and it's not like I was trying to get cash back, I was just trying to refund back onto my card and am now stuck with a worthless store credit card since I hardly shop at Walgreens. Make sure your employees actually GIVE people their receipts so they don't lose $50 because someone's being lazy.

the pharmacy has horrible service they cant fill anything right can never find my prescription then will call 5 min after I get tired of waiting and say its ready the girls behind the desk are more worried about their phones and stuffing their fat faces why costumers wait for them to finish there personal conversations place is a joke

I ordered two items, one of them was out of stock, but when pickup my order and I check my bank account, they charge me 20 dollars that was the total with two items . I'm going inside the store and in the photo area there was a lady and I approached and I'm going to explain to her and she didn't let me finish and she says, it's just a retention and when the order is processed, they will charge the right amount. Customer service -0 rude and of racist!!! NEVER NEVER ORDER AGAIN

The personnel at this pharmacy operated amazingly, they go to the extreme to help people and are always willing to do the best they can. They communicate very well with their customers make sure that every question is ask and understood before leaving their location. The team is very efficient and I’m just glad I choose this location as my pharmacy. Mackenzie thanks for going beyond and above with your service, you truly are the definition of great service at a retail pharmacy.

I always love Walgreens. Mainly because they get unique collectibles in. I find so much nightmare before christmas and skull statues. Service is always great

The pharmacy here has seen a steady decline and is now to the point of being criminaly negligent. Do not fill your prescriptions here! You won't get the proper amount, and when you ask for help you will get a runaround. Been coming here for years and am disgusted with how far this place has fallen.

Pharmacy is terrible, selling bad generics, overpriced name brand medications and never answering the phone. The answering machine gives about a half hours worth of information covering everything under the sun except info about your the reason you called. After a very long time it will finally give callers a chance to speak, but directs you to music. Eventually it just hangs up.If you actually visit them the system will be down and they cannot help you.
