My 10 month old got a pretty serious eye infection. I went to drop her prescription off around 5:00 PM yesterday they didn’t close until 9:00 PM. Then was told that it’s not gonna be ready until after 10 in the morning the next day. I continue to call early this morning and I finally got a hold of somebody on the phone and they proceeded to tell me that there was an insurance issue but I was not sent the text notification of an insurance issue until five minutes after I got off the phone with an actual employee this morning. They said to me again on the phone it will not be ready until after 10am but less than 15 minutes later I received a text saying the prescription is ready for pick up before 10 AM. I’m not sure why I couldn’t receive my 10 month olds prescription yesterday in the afternoon if it only took them less than 15 minutes just to have it ready. My daughter went almost 17 hours without any antibiotics and struggled because someone didn’t want to do there job. I just hope from here on out you will not do this to another parent’s infant.

The pharmacy wasn't helpful. Wasted an hour of my time waiting thinking they had contacted my home pharmacy for a prescription to be filled at there location. The lady I don't believe understood what I was requesting nor did she follow up with me to tell me she was not going to do it. Was not helpful or informative. Called back and was hung up on or disconnected after being on hold. Not friendly. Would recommend you try another walgreens pharmacy.

You got one star because I had too. Worst pharmacy and rudest staff. It's run by a 27 year old kid wholooks like he is a tall 12 year old. The front girls are rude and disrespectful. Lost some meds Doctor put it through and they feel instead of calling him just be rude to me and refuse service. Well you lost my service and by your ratings you will close soon.

Slowest pharmacy EVER. Don't bother getting stuck in the drive through. Just go inside, it seems to be a little quicker... either way, don't go here if you're ever in a hurry.

automat phone service is trash - no ever pick up calls waited over 40 minute just to get my doctor the pharmacy’s direct phone line which no happen, Dr office won’t be send any business that way !

This place has the worst Pharmacy staff. They tell you one time then you show up and the tell you to wait more. Plus they will keep you on hold for 25 min plus. I'm pulling all my medications out they are terrible!!!! I wish I didn't have to give 1 star. If you value your time go somewhere else.

I’m disappointed with how the pharmacy do the patients orders. I brought a prescription yesterday and I was told that would be ready yesterday around 4pm so I came the day after, today around noon and they don’t have it ready because they’re working on it? Since yesterday morning? Really? The employees are very courteous but whoever is in charge of how medications are prepared ( order wise, etc) is doing an awful job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy is disorganized. The customer service is poor, and the pharmacy tech was very very rude.

I have given this location more than a fair share of times to get it right but they fail each and every time. Absolutely the worst location around. They really need to find some sense of urgency to get their customers out.

The pharmacy is horrible! If I could give a negative star I would do so. This has to be the worst pharmacy that Walgreens has. You call in your prescriptions the day before they are due to pick-up on the actual due date but they are never ready. They say they will be ready after 10am, but because they like to wield their power they make you wait. For example we are leaving for vacation and needed them at 9am, but they said absolutely not and they can make sure they are ready at 11am and that's being considerate because they have so many ahead of me. I have had issues with this pharmacy from day one. I called in my blood pressure medication to be refilled because it was running out of refills, so their automated system sent a text asking if you would like to request a refill so you don't run out. I pick up my last refill for it and they sent the refill request in the same day! My insurance is saying that I requested a refill too soon. They have a couple of nice techs. However, they pharmacy issues need to be addressed immediately, because you should not be treated like you're a crack head looking for a fix when your prescriptions are due the on the actual due date. Once these refills are done, I'm finding a different pharmacy. Get it together Walgreens!!!

You can never find an employee when you need one and that includes the cashier. I pray you don't need anything from the pharmacy. THE WORST customer service and basically incompetence! P.S. Don't use the drive thru unless you have 35-50 minutes to kill.

Had prescription called in for UTI. Went to pick up and was told by a not so nice person, it would be 3-4 days to get it because they were not receiving emails very quick due to the hurricane. Understood that may be a problem, so I contacted my doctor and said they would call it in. They tried several times but they said no one ever picked up, I never saw anyone even on the phone unless it's in secret place. So I dealt with the UTI through the night and next morning had the doctor send it to Walmart (emailed) and went to go pick it up, no problem. It wasn't ready when I arrived but was assured they would get right on it, and they did.Though I've used Walgreens before, I won't again. VERY AGGRAVATED at the lack of service but mostly lack of CARING

Thank you guys for what you do. I get my meds in a timely matter and staff is always polite. What would make it better? More staff and two lanes for pharmacy drive thru.
