So I called today to get check if they had a medication in stock since my regular pharmacy didn’t have it.Person who answered the phone was SUPER RUDE. The way she answer my question was not professional.I’m a health care person and I treat my patients with love and respect BECAUSE I LOVE WHAT I DO (reason I went to school for this career)Some people just go to to and show they don’t love what they do….So disappointed with this pharmacyIf I can give a 0 I would.

I have been getting my prescriptions for my kids for 5 to 8 years from Wal mart. I called Bout getting my sons medicine refilled I was told this morning it would be ready by 4pm.I call at 630 and spoke with Theresa who is the pharmacist, she was very rude. Refused to give me the general manager information. Usually they have good customer service but this was the worst service I HAVE EVER HAD . I am concerned about them closing and not getting them bc of the hurricane. Then Theresa put me on hold never came back. I called several times then Tish answered who is a Pharmacy technician , she hung up on me and was also rude. I called 5th time. They continued to .play games bc it was 6:55pm and did not want to take care of me after Being a customer for at least five years or more . I was very disappointed. This was absolutely the worst experience I have had. I am the caretaker of three people i deal with three different pharmacies and theresa was the worst I have ever experienced. ??.

Andrea the pharmacist at Walmart on homeland Blvd is one of the best pharmacists I’ve ever encountered she’s very helpful very compassionate about her job and her patients I would recommend this pharmacy and especially the pharmacist to anyone.

Had soo many bad experiences recently. Refilled my daughter prescription and on the app/website said it was ready. Went to pick it up but the lady said there was nothing ready. She said she was going to put it in for me. But i showed her the email and text that said it was ready. Lady got the nerve to stand there and agrue with me. Not only that, the pharmacist think she know better then the doctor. Saying the medication my daughter was taking was too high of a dosage, even someone with medical problems dont need that much. My daughter been taking it for years and why is this new person think she know better.

I have used all the different pharmacies for one reason or anothe. Found myself at Walmart when I lost my insurance. This place stands out. I have called so much and they jump right on whatever I need with a wonderful attitude! I recently married (during the Pandemic) my name is not changed over with everything. It gets confusing and frustrating for me. Walmart pharmacy continues to work with me. Helped me by adding both my last names in the system. There was a huge ordeal with Walgreens with that to make a long story short. I never wanted to use Walmart because you always have to run in to grab your prescription, opossse to a drive-thru window. I love the people behind the counter of this Walmart. I plan to countune to use this place, insurance or not!

I just called to get my prescriptions moved over and she told me it was too busy, to call back after 4PM, and hung up on me.

My doctor in Florida sent in two scripts I needed filled to this pharmacy. I called to confirm they were received, was told they were and to come in 30 minutes later to pick them up. I go in to the pharmacy to be asked by Justin why I was on those specific medications. I just moved here from out of state but have been on the medication for 5 years. He told me I shouldn’t be on them and he had to talk to my doctor to clarify so I said Ok, but they’re closed until tomorrow. So I waited another day, called the pharmacy to be told my the tech that Justin confirmed with the doctor, but still didn’t want to fill them (could have just told me that the night prior). Justin wouldn’t talk to me, so I had to call my doctor to have my scripts filled else where. Poor communication. Terrible customer service. Waste of time. 0/5 would not recommend.

We went there for my sons medication and was told it wouldn't be in till Thursday which was fine I dont mine waiting the two days that it was going to be but the lady behind the counter said in a vary rude voice that "we could just go to a different pharmacy ". I brushed it off as she was having a bad day and call back on Friday to only be told that it wasn't ordered and to call on Monday because no one there could tell me why it wasnt ordered. I call back and was told they received a notice saying they weren't begetting it in anymore and then gave me the wrong name for his medication....

I called the pharmacy to check on a prescription four days after calling it in. When someone finally answered the phone, I asked about my prescription. She replied "Did we call you?" I answered no, I have not heard anything. She replied, loudly, "Well, if we didn't call, its not ready!' I called back in a few moments and asked to speak to the pharmacist about the very unsatisfactory response I had just received. She replied "That was the pharmacist you were just talking to." I am shocked that a pharmacist would talk to a customer in that matter. I then was told my prescription was on back order and they did not know when it would be available. All of my prescriptions have now been transferred to Publix. I had been using the Wal-mart pharmacy for over 20 years and had been dissatisfied in the past, with their failure to notify me when prescriptions are ready and not having common medications in stock. This last incident has forever cost Wal-mart my business.

The Pharmacist seems to think they know better than the Doctor. My wife after a visit to her Doctor of Internal medicine, Bella Dattani, MD brought in a prescription to be filled, she was informed by the Clown, that Walmart calls a Pharmacist, that they would not fill it because it was not filled out properly. My wife is a 65 year old Grandmother, she is hardly one to be forging prescriptions as this jackass made her feel like. She took the same prescription to the local Publix was filled by the Pharmacist with no problem what so ever. We will never use the Pharmacy at Walmart, Deltona, at Howland Blvd again.

Won't be back. Not sure if they have new people working but I've been going to this pharmacy for far too long for them to be messing up now. When I have the insurance company call them even then there is no resolving their lack of what's going on. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. This use to be my go to that is why there is 2 stars!!!
