I never been to a bank that you set an appointment up and they call you saying to cancel the appointment because these people are lazy and they want to go home at five. I’m the one that needed help and I got denied. I do not recommend this bank to nobody. They will not help you. The very unprofessional, no respect they really need a fire, the whole staff and hire new people that are willing to get the job done

I went in today , and standing in line, as a women works in and totally goes and seat with one of the reps, totally ignoring the fact that we’re staying there and the rep continues to take care of her, I say it was rude of her to just not even ask and just go seat down. As the other rep Janice, stands up and totally disrespected me and tells me to calm down . Like I’m the one that did something wrong , then turn around and say your lucky we’re taking you cause normally we do walk in or by appointments, hello I’m a walk in and standing in line. Still don’t understand why you’re coming at me instead of the lady that totally cut us off. This lady need a new job. She disrespectful and unprofessional. This why I don’t I hate coming to this bank , there turn around is outrageous. I’m writing this here but I will also contact corporate. This lady Janice Ress, should be fired.. she basically told us our stuff isn’t as important as hers. And little she know we’re Latino and heard whole conversation and it’s about gossip. Again she need to be removed. The fact she even made the comments about we don’t know if her stuff is important, should tell you something. Everyone that walks into the bank , there stuff is obviously important. And to think this lady is a manager. Again this way well Fargo has issues bc ppl like this. I rather go bank somewhere else then deal with the disrespect and unprofessional behavior from a manager. And moving forward, she should bring religion into it either. Let. Her go and build a better team. Maybe now I understand why there alway short staff , terrible management.

The professionals at this location were top-notch, friendly and helpful! Thanks so much to Iveson for all his outstanding help in establishing an estate checking account! Also to the manager, Janice, who was welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend this branch to anyone.

There is not enough employees here. You have to wait a very long time to be seen. The parking lot is extremely small.

Ivason and Shazi were so very helpful!!! I came in needing a document to be notarized and to deposit my children's piggy bank money. Shazi was very patient with me even though a portion of my deposit was loose coin and Ivason worked on my document while I was at the teller window so I was able to get through my visit quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much for being kind and professional.

Horrible service. They never pick up the phone . I called them right before closing at 3:30 when they close at 4 and they just let the phone ring for like 15 minutes . I pulled up to the bank and the doors were locked at 3:50 when closing time is at 4 . All I needed was a simple answer about a service . Literally the worst bank you can have around the area .

The male teller was extremely rude! Sharing my personal account details load enough for everyone in the room to hear. Go to Orange City branch instead. They are nice and helpful!

Ivasen didn't know or didn't care about giving misinformation. He told about a wells Fargo credit card and lied about what I can and cannot do. I would have never opened that account if he would have given me the correct information. I hope he doesn't enjoy he bonus he got with my misfortune. I will not be using location anymore and I suggest the same for anyone else.
