The staff at this location are absolutely perfect! Every one of them is amazing, professional, and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with the customer service.The location is great, about a quarter mile from my house.The prices, though, are almost double that of the same products at Home Depot and Lowes. And, from experience, never buy an Ace Hardware brand product. The last straw was a roll of Ace brand duct tape. It sticks to NOTHING! Not even itself! I tried to tape up a box to ship, the tape just fell off like it was just paper.

Super friendly staff and always well stocked with pretty much any situation we come across. Most importantly, the people who work there know what to advise! We don’t mind the extra cost, convenience and knowledge outweighs all.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, but the prices are steep. As the only hardware store on this side of the city though, I visit semi-regularly. Most organized fastener section bar none though.
