Amazing experience on this fall break trip! Great store, great sales, and great staff! Rubin welcomed us as we walked in, “hovered” around us for any needs (guidance, socks, opinions) and stayed with us until we were entrusted in Evan’s helpful hands at the register! Employee working the cash register on the evening of June 4th was rude and unhelpful. We ended up leaving and not buying the clothes we had planned to buy. Please retrain your employees to treat the customers with decency.

Was looking for simple assistance and never felt so disrespected shopping. The employees were sitting on the checkout counter. Intentionally yelling “10 minutes till close” so I could hear them. Rarely do I review businesses so quickly but this was truly a terrible experience.

I'm writing this review to praise one specific salesperson, Ruben. After trying and failing to find a pair of sneakers that I liked at Nike, Puma, or New Balance, I walked into Adidas feeling discouraged. Ruben struck up a conversation with me, asked me about what type of shoe I was looking for, then came back with three different excellent options including the one I bought. He is so knowledgeable about the products and about sneaker technology and was able to explain to me what I needed in a sneaker and the advantages of each shoe he pulled. I wish every store had a salesperson as helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable about the products inside and out. Thank you so much Ruben! Truly an exceptional shopping experience.
