I have never been to the shop but I do have one of their 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles and its great. Good solid cardboard pieces with clean cuts. Color rendering on the puzzle is a bit different than the included insert but that's to be expected.

Every year I buy a stuffie for Easter, however, this year I couldn't find their stuffies anywhere. I shot them a quick email and was impressed and appreciative of their timely response in getting back to me.
