As somebody that works in service and hospitality, I must let you know how wonderful Richard is. I have been frequenting this store for a few years, and I have never had an experience less than stellar from Richard. His knowledge, guidance, and helpfulness is just top notch... it is so obvious that he loves his job. Folks, if you need help in finding or ordering a perfect pair of shoes, please ask for Richard. Richard, I will see you again in 3 months! Thank you!

GREAT prices and friendly, helpful staff that work to keep the store organized and clean. We mainly went for my fiance because he is 6'8 and a size 15 shoe-- hard to find! We were elated to find they did have his size available; we got several pair of sneakers on clearance, $45 or less each! I was so happy to be able to find shoes in his size as that is hard to do and often requires special ordering, and I got a few pair myself as they were so affordable and comfy. Staff mentioned discounts for email sign up (you can cancel immediately) and helped to save us money! We will absolutely return and recommend this business to all!

Love this place. Love their shoes. By a pair get the 2nd pair of 50% off. You can't. You can't beat that when you're a runner.

I love the Asics outlet down at sandestin outlets. They now can order for you if they don't have your size. They also have it shipped to your home at no charge! That is a big plus for me since they didn't have the size I needed today. They are a handicap accessible and the customer service is great!

The Asics store at Silver Sands has great customer service. I have been having trouble finding comfortable shoes and Mary helped me. Based on my walk or pronation, she suggested several different styles to try. She showed me everything from on the shelf newer to clearance and I found "the" shoe. Very thankful. Love this store and hope all are like this because I'll need another pair in the future and Florida will be too far away.

They didn't acknowledge we were even there we were ignored by at least three employees. I had to go to the cash register lady to get help then she waited on us but they did not have what we needed . They didn't offer any options for us to purchase.So we left and went to Saucony two doors down and got greeted at the door and waited on by a nice young lady and bought two pairs of shoes.
