Great customer service! Jen helped us with upgrading my phone and my husband getting an Apple Watch. We are both VERY HAPPY with our new devices, and it was easy breezy to get it done.

Several of the employees were not so customer service friendly...however I got my issue resolved I guess that's all that matters
