Pamala Franco- I just read your review about that absolutely rude front desk manager Ryan.A year ago I had to cancel my appointment because I was very sick. He got so angry said these stylist made time for you and now you cancel and they lose money. He said hold on then came back and said we have your card number on file! Well he said I am going to charge you for this appointment anyway. I said I’m sick! He didn’t care. I said I guess it would be fair to give her something for her time. He said oh don’t you worry I have charged you!What a horrible unfriendly person. Rude rude!I don’t think it’s legal to put a charge on a persons card without permission or a signature.I was shocked to see a review on this jerk just six months ago. He must still be there. Sad!PS not only did I get my hair done there several times I bought tons of products from them. They lost a really good customer.

I have neglected my poor hair for too long! Needless to say Summer had a job cut out for her today. She flawlessly blended my color/highlights (with ZERO judgement). There was a little plumbing snafu which she expertly worked through as well. We had some great laughs about it and I can't wait to see her again!

My go to salon, I almost want to keep it a secret all to myself! If my stylist (hair artist!) Allison wasn't enough to keep me coming back, Susie and Kayleys always sweet and caring customer service would be. Luckily I get the best of both. Altogether there is no doubt why I won't go anywhere else. I always leave looking & feeling better than when I walked in.

Be warned: Inconsistent results, painful experience, unfriendly atmosphere & disrespectful‼️ I just spoke with the most rude front desk manager “Ryan” I’ve ever experienced at an Aveda at this particular salon. He raised his voice and hung up on me after I said thank you for your time. I am a professional who does not appreciate being spoken to the way this man spoke to me! He is the front desk manager to boot. I have been using Aveda products/services and going to both salons and Aveda schools since I was 21, over 30 years. This place has been notoriously troubled. I’ve had my hair colored there multiple times and they can’t seem to get it right.I do NOT recommend this location to any seasoned person who understands Aveda products and services! Enter at your own risk.

I am not sure how this salon has achieved the best salon recognition for so many years. I have used Aveda salons in the past and was always pleased. I had scheduled an appointment for hair color a month and a half in advance so that I could get a Saturday appointment. I planned for this appointment for weeks. My hair typically takes about 3 hours, so I cannot go during the week since I work full-time. On the website, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you are charged 50%. But what happens if they cancel your appointment with 45 minutes notice? Not much! I was informed that my appointment was cancelled on Saturday 45 minutes before I was to arrive, and there were no accommodations for this. "We can get you in on Tuesday", well that won't work!!!! I have a full-time job and a busy schedule. This is why I booked a Saturday appointment and waited 1.5 months for it. My hair really needed to be done. I called six other area salons and was able to get into a salon on the sixth call. This is EXTREMELY frustrating!!!!! Obviously, Aveda has plenty of clientele, so they can cancel on you at the last minute, and it is no big deal to them.

I went here on edge and nervous and left with an awesome end result. I gave my stylist an extremely difficult request and was not the most fun customer to work with and she still nailed what I wanted. My stylist's name was Emily, and she was amazing. The entire experience was great and was timely through and through. I had a 5 star experience with Brantley they got me in same day for partial highlights and she did a really good job and made me feel super special ... Very happy with my hair :)

I go to Avantgarde for Katie she's always great and knows my hair well. I was sad when the other location closed down but this one is really bright, open, and welcoming to new patrons.
