Nice big store for the area. It has lots of items tailored to the coastal area. We prefer the locations near Bristol VA and Gatlinburg TN however.

Cabellas a fkn joke. Purchased something online, they didn't have it so they canceled my order after they had already charged me and then they were acting confused like wtf.

Looking for boots with wide toebox. Not available. Squeesh dem toes. Selection pretty good, but lots of sizes sold out.Employees are more helpful during week than frat boys on weekend, at least in boot section. One frat boy didn’t think they carried Keen—and the were displayed behind him. He didn’t care.

One star only for the nice lady in the womens department. The lady's who work the customer service desk today are extremely rude. We ended up walking out without buying the stuff we had on the counter after waiting for her to finish her Facebook video on her phone and her immediately telling us to go to another register when I was told to check out there. The smallest bass pro I've ever been to, didn't have half of the stuff we were looking for. Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolute horrible customer service at the Destin, FL store. You allow customers to come in the store until the 7pm closing time but at 6:55pm you make an announcement to CUSTOMERS to make their final purchases and check out. Even worse you start shutting the lights off on customers 5 minutes before the closing time. I should have dropped my items in the floor and walked out and left your ungrateful employees something to before they ran out the door. You store is in a tourist town and you need to manage that way. Too many other options out there for fishing gear in town that appreciate your business to be treated like that again.

Worst customer service ever. Older woman acted like she didn't want to do her job! The employees here will avoid eye contact at all cost so they don't have to ask you if you need help. The few times I've had to ask for help the employees were worthless

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in recent memory. I will never go to this Bass Pro shop again if I can avoid it. My first time going here was abysmal service and the second time was no better. This is not an isolated incident. The first employee I approached for help finding an item said "It's upstairs" then proceeded to continue working. After not finding a hat I was looking for, I went to the customer service desk and two employees both did not acknowledge my presence for about 30 seconds before they asked if I needed help, all the while not pulling their eyes up from the screen. They had half of a conversation with me, and didn't make eye contact with me the entire time. Also, neither of them gave me even a start to find what I was looking for. Please find another place to go if possible. You will leave here frustrated if you ask anyone for help finding an item.

In January, with cold temps and pouring down rain, Bass Pro Shops is not the place to go. First off, they only have one door to get in and it isn’t set up for the convenience of the majority of the customers b/c the general parking lot is at the back so you have to walk further to get in. They have doors facing the parking lot but they’re not open.Then we go to checkout as the person at the service desk (highlighted in pic which I took after they put us thru all their hoops) was talking to her friend but we learn that she couldn’t be bothered and directed us 3 rows down. Ok. Then we try to get out the doors we came in as it’s still pouring down. But no, ‘you can’t go through those doors, you have to go out these’. Motioning to doors that put us even further from our car. Wow, so we can get even wetter or slip trying to run to our car.Mind you, there could not have been more than 10 customers in the whole store.Oh and that customer service lady was now ringing out customers.If I have learned anything it’s patronize the smaller stores that care about their customers. And let’s let the Big chains, like Bass go under. It’s time.Thank goodness for space heaters to help you dry out- and no thx to Bass (not so) Pro Shops.

Was treated very rude at Gun counter! The place is dirty dust on all the mounts. Asked for help and was told they would be right there but they waited on a another customer.I've been shopping at Bass Pro shop for 30 years spent thousands, never again
