Words cannot express how much I hate this bank. The site and app are difficult to use. Navigate away to look somthing up and you have to sign in again. They give you 4 different account numbers with different purposes, but if you use the wrong number to pay someone, doesn't matter if there's enough money in your account it will bounce. Ask for help and too bad for you. I've dealt with a lot of banks in my life, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm done.

There isn’t a walk up ATM available if the Drive Thru ATM has numerous cars behind it.
Tellers work with customers on the inside before attending to the Drive Thru customers.

Horrible Horrible Horrible everytime I go to there atm it is lime the McDonald's ice cream machine it never works I think it is a ploy so you have to use a competitors atm and PNC then charges you a fee. Please don't try to call in to dispute the fees they will have a unprofessional ghetto person call you and deny the credit. Bank elsewhere I know I am going to

Worst banking service in Destin. Always out of coins. Today I asked for change $55 coins. They asked me for ID and Credit card. Then checked their system for a few minutes.

After visiting my Destin PNC Bank 3 times this week and EVERY time waiting either in line inside for close to 30 minutes & today in drive thru for 30 minutes with just 1 car in front of me I have decided to bank elsewhere!!! Since PNC took over customer service is non-existent & they are always understaffed. I would never recommend this bank - ever!

Unfortunately, I have had to go to this branch 3 times in the last two weeks to make deposits. It has taken more than 30 minutes each time. They only have one person working to service the lobby and the drive through…and she is clueless.

Absolutely wonder service, I went into this branch from out of town. Robin took great care of me, she was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved!

Absolutely outstanding customer service.
I did research for over a week, I cannot be happier with my decision with PNC Bank. Reagan, the branch manager, and Johnny were just amazing. Not my experience I’ve had with other banks in the area. I walked out of the bank today wanting to make this review!

I would put less than 1 star if I could. This branch is horrible. Always understaffed and the wait times are always long.This morning I tried to use the drive through at 930 and all the lanes were closed. So I went inside and there was a line because only one person was taking customers while they were three people there. When I finally got up to the front, I asked, are they not doing drive-through service anymore and the guy just said that they just haven’t opened it up yet.No customer courtesyNo timely serviceAnd I will be closing my accounts with PNC.Thoday was the last straw

The bank will offer pre-approved credit lines with full existing knowledge or credit worthiness (have long standing existing banking relationship including a 3 year old secure card line) but after achieving the hard credit pull, will decline often if credit is not an exemplary level. (I have a single 6 year old, non bankruptcy collection) It's a dishonest trade practice which consumers should take note of before considering their credit line options and offers.

Horrible service, we were with Compass for years, bank accounts, mortgages, Heloc's we have done it all with them.Once it changed to PNC customer service all went away, we will never do business with PNC again.So impersonal
