Best Buy offers a lot of great and up-to-date tech. The staff is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful and friendly, providing phenomenal customer service. Associates are quick to assist and answer concerns. The Geek Squad is also very helpful in solving problems. Prices are fair and often better than most stores in the area. However, this particular location needs a bit of TLC, with some empty shelves and a slightly more run-down appearance compared to other locations.
Lot of great tech and up to date tech the staff is extremely attentive and did a great job answering any concerns I had in any particular department and they seemed extremely knowledgeable about the products in their particular departments

I called in looking for an apple macbook charger and they said they had them in stock which is actually harder to find than you would think! Upon walking in we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance and was pointed to the right direction. We were helped right away and got what we needed. Phenomenal customer service!!
