Best Buy offers a lot of great and up-to-date tech. The staff is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful and friendly, providing phenomenal customer service. Associates are quick to assist and answer concerns. The Geek Squad is also very helpful in solving problems. Prices are fair and often better than most stores in the area. However, this particular location needs a bit of TLC, with some empty shelves and a slightly more run-down appearance compared to other locations.
The associates were friendly. They were understaffed. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted to buy and then waited along time for someone to check us out. A long line formed at the register as there was 1 check out lane opened. 2 more associates eventually came to check out customers.

Excellent service there, a young man who speaks Spanish and served us very well. He loves his job, knows how to treat customers, and does not discriminate.
