Best Buy offers a lot of great and up-to-date tech. The staff is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful and friendly, providing phenomenal customer service. Associates are quick to assist and answer concerns. The Geek Squad is also very helpful in solving problems. Prices are fair and often better than most stores in the area. However, this particular location needs a bit of TLC, with some empty shelves and a slightly more run-down appearance compared to other locations.

Haley who works in electronics is the best! She helped me so much with my purchase of a computer. Unfortunately, my computer stopped working within 3 weeks. I took it back and saw Haley and she helped me AGAIN! She ordered me a new computer and had it delivered to my home. Her customer service is top tier!
