This was my first visit to Best Nails Spa. My neighbor recommended the salon to me. I had dip removed and a fresh dip put on. They only dip the color twice. My nails don’t feel strong and less than 1 week the polish is chipping and looks dull. My dip usually lasts 3 weeks, shines the whole time and never chips. I won’t be back to Best Nails Spa and I won’t recommend them.

Staff was super kind and the nails were cute but they didn’t even last 3 days. I wasn’t doing anything crazy for them to break. Legit doing laundry and trying to open a door lol.

I have my nails done here every time I am in Santa Rosa. I have always been very happy, but yesterday was the first time I had a pedicure. I woke up this morning and the polish on my big toe had peeled off. I told the girl that my toe hit the dryer and she ignored me. After my foot came out of the dryer, she made a comment that I hit the dryer. I told her that I told her that and she didn't respond. Not happy with her, but Henry and Chris always do a great job on the manicures. The pedi caused the 3 stars or else it would have gotten 5!

Had a great manicure done by Natalie. She did a beautiful job shaping and painting nails. If I lived in area would definitely be my go to nail tech.

Made appointment about 20 min before arrival; arrived & they were booked & one tech was om her way in her car. Just didn’t seem like anyone knew what was going on?

Wonderful job, clean and professional. Was on vacation and decided to try them, was not disappointed. Rose did a wonderful job. Will use again on next visit. Massage chairs were so nice.

Chris was so personable & listened to what look I said I wanted. I’m really picky with my nails. This was the FIRST time I have ever gotten them done where someone got it exactly right. I loved the experience, I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Chris!

NOT best nails. Pedicure went smoothly, but the lady who gave the manicure had a horrible attitude. My daughter explained what she wanted & even showed a photo. The nail tech not only did it wrong, but she also smudged her nails. Wouldn't/couldn't even fix it because she did it so wrong. My daughter left crying. Just don't go here. They don't value your business and don't value quality.Services: Pedicure

I have absolutely loved coming here for years! I lived here for 5 years and Tim and several ladies there are great! I moved away and I never could find any other nail care team that could compete with this place. Moving back here and are so happy to see them again and best of all, get my nails done by them! They always do a wonderful job and take great care for what you ask for. My tip would be that if you can, make an appointment a little ahead of time because during the season they are busy...but walk-ins are always welcome!Services: Waxing

- We went on Mothers Day for 3 pedicures. The entire staff was amazing! Great personalities and service. The lady doing my pedicure has such a great sense of humor, I was laughing so much. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great Mothers Day experience

- Absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating for our party of 7, that randomly decided to show up for pedicures; then decided to upgrade all of our services. All of the staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. I would recommend them 100 times over again.

Excellent Job, my Acrylic Nails will last for weeks! I’ve been going to Best Nails for almost 10 years, now! Henry does my nails is always is very polite, and Rose or Natalie do a beautiful pedicure with relaxing leg/foot massage, too!! They offer wine, water, or sodas, and I love the wine ? is always served in a glass too! Everything is always kept very clean, with excellent selections in nail colors & gels.
