Very Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience at This Store
I visited this Calvin Klein store today around 3:15–3:20 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I came simply to make a return, and I was treated with an attitude that was both unprofessional and disrespectful.
The associate told me that I should not come to return items on Black Friday and that I “should come back another day.” I was rushed, pressured, and spoken to as if I was bothering them. When I explained that I needed to return the item today, the associate said they were “not sure if they would even accept my return” if I wasn’t fast enough.
Another female associate also joined in and questioned why I was returning the item at all, which is not something customers should ever be criticized for. The whole interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
For the record, this is not about race — I do not discriminate against anyone.
This is about the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff who assisted me. No customer should be made to feel rushed, judged, or talked down to for simply trying to process a return.
I hope management will address this issue so other customers do not experience the same treatment.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. There was a lady named Gabia who was extremely rude. From the moment my husband, my son, and I entered the store, she was unfriendly and unwelcoming.
A few minutes before closing, she announced there were 5 minutes left. I went to find my husband, and shortly after, she repeated that there were 4 minutes remaining. I was at the register paying when my husband picked up another shirt, and she made a dismissive gesture toward him, as if he were a dog.
It was an unpleasant and upsetting experience. I truly do not understand how someone with such poor manners and lack of professionalism could be assigned to a customer service position.

Very unfriendly staff, and I don’t usually write bad reviews… but this is one of those first times I want to leave this here. Complained to me, a customer, about being short staffed so I should not making it hard for them by looking through clothes. Don’t think I’ll come back to Destine outlet

The woman was rude when she saw that I was buying discounted clothes, I bought those clothes for me not for you, you shouldn't care. I don't remember her name but I know she was Colombian because I recognize the accent. I'm a student, sorry for being broke

Terrible customer service, the man working today (August 6) was incredibly rude, mumbling under his breath how he couldn’t resell a box of tank tops that I returned (because the top of the box was a bit torn). I would have rather had him simply tell me I couldn’t return them than to let me return them and have an attitude about the box. His whole demeanor was just rude and negative to be working in a customer service position.

I was trying to exchange an item I have NEVER worn and the lady accused me of leaving deodorant stains on it. The "stains" were dust marks from sitting in the store too long, they rubbed off easily... definitely not deodorant. But again, the lady was being EXTREMELY rude and accusatory towards me. All the tags were still attached, it was obvious I never wore the item. I'm very upset that this happened because I've never had any issues there before.
