I came here to say that they helped me no questions asked did not make me feel stupid in anyway. I came in because I was having trouble finding the right fuse for my horn. I had bought a couple different types of fuses at advance auto parts in the past Although they didn’t even ask where I bought them from they just immediately helped me put the right fuse in at no cost and wish me a good day. That treatment has created a loyal customer! Well done.

Went to go home on the last day of vacation and our battery died. They got us fixed up and back on the road in under 30 minutes! Didn’t grab the man’s name but he had a black ponytail, thank you! Manager was also awesome and helped us troubleshoot another issue.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Not much in stock tho. Everything had to be ordered. Might as well use Amazon for half the price. The point of going to a store is getting it now. Come on advance.

The store is very nice and is at a convenient location for me and my family. Furthermore Jason and the whole staff have done a very good job being informative and have worked hard and gone out of the way to make sure that I've got all the automotive accessories that I need for my F-250 truck. I would like to add that they've been very patient and understanding with me personally I've always gotten good results when doing business with advance Auto parts. I am a happy customer and thanks again for being there! William

I needed a new battery. Battery was tested and failed and they also tested alternator/starter which were fine.
They promptly installed a new battery and I was on my way. Courteous and professional service, and no extra charge for testing or installation.

To the good: had my hard to find rear wiper blade for my ten year old Caddy, but prices for basic car/wheel/tire cleaning products VERY high. Could be the tourist town location of the store but inflation definitely present with these product prices.

It's always been a friendly place. The staff is helpful and easy to approach. It's my go-to for anything for my cars. It's low-key, the cheapest place for car batteries. I have a V6 accord and a small busted up versa. Batteries were 100 bucks for the accord and 60 for the versa.

It is unfortunate I did not take the time to get the gentleman's name, but I am grateful for his assistance. I am from out of town and this gentleman took the time to not only make sure the new wiper blades fit, but he also installed them. Thank you!!

As soon as I walked in the door we were greeted by Dave instantly. He was very friendly and had excellent customer service. Other companies should take note because it’s becoming harder and harder to get excellent customer service. His customer service was top notch! He helped us with our battery and he helped us with everything we needed.
