I used to enjoy shopping here when their red headed store manager was here. She was amazing and made me look amazing! I keep trying to like coming here now, but I am going to find a different brand. Zero expertise, zero spunk, zero inspiration here.

Walked in there on Wednesday afternoon to purchase some items. There were at least 3 or 4 sales people present in the store. Not one of them spoke to me let alone even looked at me to acknowledge my presence in the store. No one greeted me, asked if I needed assistance - nothing! I had an armful of clothes to try on, stood by the fitting rooms for awhile then finally let myself into a room. I was so annoyed I finally left without purchasing the items I wanted. Couldn’t even get anyone’s attention to check me out! The sales associates were just too busy talking to each other about the stuff they purchased with their discount! Needless to saw, I took my business elsewhere. What a shame!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They will exchange your clothing while you are in the fitting room if you need a different size. The clothes are higher end and they have great sales too. I also order online when home in WI because I do not have a Chicos near me.

I love Chico’s but this is the most unfriendly Chico’s store I have ever been in. Saw the cutest outfit but did not buy from this store since they didn’t even acknowledge me. There were two sales associates and only one other customer. I left went to the Sandestin store and bought the outfit I had seen in Destin. The Sandestin sales associates were wonderful. I will never go back to the Destin store!!

Been buying clothes at Chico's for years. They have casual to dressy clothing. Unique items not like anyone else. For age ranges of young in the 20s up to the 80s. Always get great personal customer service at the store. Keep your receipts if you want to return they are very accommodating. Look for a special sale racks always in the store. There is sizes are numbers from double 0 up to 4. Always best to try on everything before you buy. Material is quality material in all of their items. Love love love this store!
