I usually go to Circle Ks because of the quality and a safe place to take a break from driving. It is clear the owners don't want their customers to have restrooms available. I am a local and will not visit this location again. This saddens me that a business would do this to their customers.

Do not go to this gas station they just ripped me off $30, told my son they turned on the wrong pump and charged him again to turn on the right pump, then refused to turn the pump on. When asked Tristan refused to give me a receipt showing the charge was canceled.

?????????Today May 03/2023 in the morning after buying some things including water, I asked the cashier if I could put a little bit of ice in my little lunch box and he told me that I had to buy a bag of ice, but NO I could get ice from the soda machine, the manager was extremely rude and told me not to return to this store because I asked them to give me my money back. back.These people deserve disciplinary action ASAP ???????

I have been going to this store for years. There has been ups and downs. But overall there cashiers are friendly, and they are extremely helpful. If they are out of something I normally get, I ask about it and typically they try to get it for me. Again this store has ups and downs as does everyone. But it continues to be myGo to store. 34920 Emerald Pkwy is the nastiest circle k I have ever been in. I just got ice but I reached for a straw and was flabbergasted when a small swarm of some kind of fly flew at me. I've never been totally grossed out like that. The overflow trays have black mold in them, some kind of sludge coming out of the drains they have alot of empty spaces on the shelves. I know some things are slow to come, but this store is totally neglected. The health department needs to close this store down until they clean it up. My score is F+. I only gave a one because I have to.

These ladies in this gas station were the rudest ladies this morning. Just trying to get a fountain drink and the lack of communication about why the diet Dr Pepper was running clear was ridiculous. And she acted like I just ruined her day bc I said the drink must be empty. She said, "It's not empty!!, and walked into the other room. No explanation to why she said that. This was the tall heavy set girl with curly hair. So I stood there. Then I asked another lady (the older one) why the drink machine wasn't working and she said, " It's probably out and we ain't been getting any diet drinks in!" So now I really don't know if the 1st lady went back to fix it. Then the 3rd lady, Cassandra, was nicer and said, " She just changed it so it can't be out. She's probably back there fixing it." That was the best answer I got. The bigger lady and the older lady need to cheer up. It's 9:00 am and no one on vacation wants to wake up and deal with that mess of an attitude. This is the south. Suppose to be kind and sweet!!

This Circle K is the worst when it comes to sandwiches. Circle K spent a lot of money marketing pizza and sandwiches and this Circle K never has anything available. Went in today and empty hot case once again and today the pizza cabinet had one slice of pizza and another slice had bites taken out of it. Disgusting! The girl said they don’t have enough people working to make the food yet the lady at the counter was not too busy to be eating a hot sandwich herself.
