The sales here are terrible. It’s buy two get two free, which is crazy. Then it’s buy one get 125% off in a different area. None of this is giving outlet store.

I brought my boys in yesterday to get new Crocs. My youngest (7) had been so excited to get the red tie-dye ones. We bought the next size up from what he currently wears (he was in a 12, and we purchased a 13) and left the store thrilled.
As soon as we got to the car, he put them on, but immediately started crying and kicking them off. He has some sensory issues, and despite multiple tries, he couldn’t tolerate the feel of the new Crocs. He had been looking forward to them for so long that we decided to go back to the store and try the same size as his old ones.
When we returned, Ishmael offered to help. I briefly explained the situation, and he had my son try on the size 12s. He gently talked with him about what felt good and what didn’t, then quietly swapped them for the 13s—without mentioning they were the same pair he had previously rejected. My son put them on and immediately loved them. Ishmael had him walk around the store to be sure, then turned to me and said something like, “Didn’t you come by earlier and buy this size? Sounds like that pair is waiting for you at home.”
We went along with it, and when we got back to the condo, my son put on the original size 13, completely happy and comfortable. Ishmael saw that my son was stuck in a rigid mindset and found a compassionate, creative way to help him through it. He could’ve just made another sale, but instead, he solved our problem. We’re so grateful for his kindness and insight.

Amazing, friendly, and helpful staff! I grabbed the wrong size in both my sandals and the staff quickly helped me find what I needed and made sure I was happy!!

Horrible experience at this store (though no complaints about the shoes.) The staff were reminiscent of unfriendly vultures repeatedly badgering me about what they could help me with. They wouldn’t stop. I would say there were 5-7 young men, no smiles on their faces, no spring in their step, who would not leave me alone. I couldn’t even concentrate. I do know that their manager was insistent on it because if they stopped or rested he was on them again. Apparently they needed reminding that they were working on commission. I will never go back- no matter how much I like their shoes.
And the upsales at checkout were ridiculous! No I don’t want a bag for $3. (I will walk two stores down and get a free one w my purchase from Skechers thank you.) And no, I don’t want something to rub on my shoes to maintain color and make them shine.)
LET PEOPLE SHOP IN PEACE!!! Offer them help ONCE, in a FRIENDLY MANNER, share your name if you wish and then BACK OFF!!! (Also- staff boy- the Croc adornments are called jibbitz, not GIBLETS. It’s a shoe, not a turkey. Good grief.)
It was exhausting and the staff creeping around made the store feel very crowded.

I was looking for the Syarwars crocs for my fiance. Unfortunately they didn't have them in my size so we went to the PCB location and they were a different price. I spoke to Cha Cha and SHE WAS AMAZING! She called the other store and helped me price match at the PCB location woth their sale they had going on at another store. She was so sweet and was very helpful with all the questions we had. She also apologized for the rude girl at the Commons location who refused to help or honor proce matching with the website. THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!!

The store is well packed with so many options . Only complaint we had was one of the female workers was so loud . At first I thought it was two young girls just laughing and being kids. No ....It was the sales associate laughing hysterically with another girl not sure if she was a customer or a worker but it was very annoying and very much unprofessional. We pretty much left the store due to the amount of loudness and was not able to shop. The two male sales guys were very nice and professional.

Spring sale and Mother’s Day sale happening right now! May 2024. They have BUY 2 and GET 2 FREE! (In the clearance section Or BUY REGULAR ITEM And Buy 2nd pair for 25% off., and for all of healthcare professionals get 10% . The store associates are very welcoming and accommodating with my questions and whatever assistance we needed. They even suggested another pair or sandals since the one I want did not have the size I need. Keep it up guys! They have a lot of kids / children crocs selections, I’m an adult but I always buy in kids section, but in this store location, I was able to buy size 4!!! And it fits good! I have additional shop to go now here at Silver sand Premium outlet here in Sandestin or Destin area , not just Coach and Mikael Kors, lol. And btw they also have a lot of accessories to add on your slippers/ crocs too! You can check all their new items in the photos that I uploaded along with this review. And I hope I was able to help you look if you have something that you might want to buy in this store, overall this store is recommended for all members of the family, happy shopping!
