I want to say how much I appreciation the woman that helped me yesterday. I didn’t check her name or her title. I think she may have been the pharmacist. She had me come inside so she could have a few minutes to look for coupons, when she realized I had no insurance. She ended up saving me almost $200.00! Can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you so much!

I see a LOT of bad reviews, mostly for the pharmacy, which being a former tech at Walgreens the simple average person would NOT understand the amount of efforts it takes to fill "one simple prescription" the communication it takes with insurance/doctors offices. Most of the issues is not with the pharmacy but with your insurance. Anyway, I had the BEST experience here with Jo and Tammy. I simply went to get some vitamins and was looking for a deal, I'm not very familiar with how CVS sales worked but once I encountered issue at check out, Jo walked me around made sure I got everything I went in for! WITH a bargain!!! My benefits card wouldn't work on what I thought it would so I'm grateful it was affordable. I don't know about anyone else but times are tough especially since recently becoming a mom, Destin living is expensive and the average are doing everything to get by. Any dollar saved is a HUGE help to me. Grateful. Thanks a bunch ladies.

Worst, and especially slowest pharmacy ever! Minimum of 30 minutes in the drive through even if you're the only one. I don't know if it's because they're understaffed, but I hate coming here.

A good pharmacy in the past that has just turned into a third world pharmacy. Terrible service. Always short-handed. I just spent 35 minutes on hold waiting to speak with the pharmacist about my two meds that I've been waiting for. My doctor's office was on hold for almost 20 minutes just before me trying to get a hold of them.

The pharmacy is a nightmare! They randomly have the drive through closed and always screw up my birth control prescription, not even a difficult prescription. I never had an issue within the last 8 years I've been on it and have gotten it filled 2 times here and each time there is a new issue. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

They don’t answer the phone. Really don’t know why phone exists in their office if they are not going to pick up and answer.

It has been a week and two days and I still do not have my prescription after visiting the pharmacy in person 4 times (waiting in line for 30 minutes+) attempting to call prior but they don't answer the phone. These people are so inept I can't trust them to even fill this simple RX. I am going to give up and go elsewhere. I should have given up long before now.

Do not waste your time at this location. There's only one employee working the pharmacy. I've been here before and it's always the same lady with horrible customer service. The cashiers are rude and the inventory is always bare. I'm no longer wasting my time here. I'd rather drive to another CVS location. Better yet, I'll go to Walgreens from now on.

I have been dealing with CVS pharmacy for many many years, but I have never had such horrible issues with one location as I've had with the location in Destin Florida. Waiting on prescriptions to be filled only to find out they hadn't touched them a day later then receiving a call from my doctors office stating that the pharmacist does not want to fill one of my medication. I called back to the pharmacy to speak with the pharmacist to try and resolve the issue and was told that it was in his judgment he did not want to fill that particular prescription, I responded with your judgment is is unsubstantiated due to the fact that you're not my doctor and ask him why have they all of a sudden now decided not to fill these since I've been getting this filled at this location for the last year and a half. He responded with you haven't had those filled here and told me I was lying! In past visits I've had issues with getting other pharmacy techs do use discount cards and help me out it is just gotten ridiculous, I've used this place because they're close and convenient. Now I would rather drive 20 miles to another pharmacy Rather than give this location one more penny of my hard-earned money.

I realize the pharmacy is understaffed, however this is no excuse for ignoring and not taking care of customers who chose "you" to take their business to. Never again will my humble contributions be shelled out here or any other CVS. Monday 11-23-2020. 10 am-3pm to pick up a simple prescription!! They are now on the same list as Walgreens in my book!

If you sign up for Covid testing call before you go (even if they send you confirmation texts/emails). I dragged my sick self there from 40 minutes away just to be told they couldn't do it there and to go to another location (none of which had any tests available until next week). I needed the test to go back to work so ended up driving another hour away & paying $120 for one not covered by insurance.

They never answer phone in the pharmacy.
