Used to be a loyal customer but now will never return. My mom and I booked an appointment over a week in advance in October 2024 for my wedding mani/pedi and my moms mani/pedi. First of all, even though we had an appointment my mom still had to wait about 20 minutes before getting served and not even with the correct person she wanted because the employee was late to her shift. The nail tech who did my pedicure also did a mini “surgery” on my big toe causing it to bleed and hurt to walk on (not a good situation as my wedding was in 2 days). Fast forward to last month, my mom and I returned just for pedicures. My mom had to wait AGAIN for this specific employee to show up for work and was about 30 minutes late. Since they didn’t have any “real” nail techs available for our scheduled appointment time (per usual), the front desk receptionist woman did my pedicure and wow it was the worst pedicure ever. The paint job looked like it was completed by a toddler and was very rushed even though we got the deluxe pedicure. She also asked me to get up and move chairs towards the end of my service to make room for new customers walking in. Very rude. Recently walked in for an appointment for a pedicure but the nail tech requested was working on someone else instead. They do not care about customer satisfaction but rather getting people in and out for profit. Sad to see as we were loyal customers, but the level of service does not equate to what they are providing.

I stopped in while I’m in town for work - they were all so nice and the lady who did my nails and pedicure took her time and did an excellent job!! I def recommend and I will be back 🤍

This was my first time here, im vacationing from PA otherwise I would come back here every time! The girl who did my pedicure today was wonderful! Honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Thank you

Got the best foot massage ever forgot to get my pedicures guy name he also was able to take care of my ingrown toenails and my toenails look so pretty 😍

This is a great nail salon! Everyone is so pleasant and they’re all very good at what they do. I’ve had great pedicures and recently had my nails done with acrylic and gel polish with chrome added for ultimate shine. Mai did a fabulous job 💕 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Evan did my pedicure. He was meticulous getting ingrown nails out. I've never had such a thorough detail oriented pedicure. No cheese grater 🤮. The for massage was amazing. Will definitely come again.

Friendly staff let my daughter do a walk in for prom nails. She got a full set and pedicure. Evan and Rose were friendly and funny.

Hands down the best pedicure in Destin. I usually get Casandra or Evan and both are so thorough and take their time with the massage :) If you haven’t given them a try I definitely recommend you do!

Modern, clean, well-appointed salon with knowledgeable, kind staff and conscientious service. Stopped in on vacation for an SNS manicure, and a gel mani and pedi for my daughter. Got right in, great friendly service and beautiful nails!

Very upset with the service lately. Waited an hour, for an appointment that was set two weeks ago. They blamed it on me, don’t know why? Tried to set an appointment for new nails. They said I need know I might need to wait an hour next time also. Not sure I will go back.
A set appointment should be a set, i understand waiting 10-15 minutes but not an hour. Nails were also subpar, because they were in a hurry to get it done.
