Destin Glass, Parker, Ariel and Fabricators are amazingly talented, courteous and do everything possible to make you 1,000% satisfied.I had a custom hand chipped shelf (7 feet long) made using my own design and specifications. Destin Glass was fabulous to work with! They installed a new hinge system on our front door which works great & saved the cost of replacing the door. Dustin did the quote & was great to work with. Nicolai was in charge of the project onsite & was polite, friendly & took great care of us! We will definitely do business with Destin Glass again!

Great service from this company! There was a challenge with installing a new door where some old tile had been. During the process one of the old tiles was cracked and Destin Glass installed a new one to make sure the end result was perfect!

Since going under new ownership I am extremely grateful for the quality of work and professional service that we are now receiving. Ariel is such a joy to speak with and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and has amazing customer service skills. And Jeremy is super amazing. He has excellent communication. As well as extremely knowledgeable and always going above and beyond to insure that everything is took care of. My properties are very demanding and as almost every obstacle that can be in the way. But they never miss a beat on getting things took care of. We truly appreciate Ariel and Jeremy and last bit not least the new owner. Thank you Sir for all you and your team are doing.

I'd give ZERO STARS if I could. Total let down. Unfriendly, over priced, horrible customer service and quality. There are several other glass shops in the area as well as other towns nearby. Strongly suggest you use one of them and stay away from this place. The other reviews speak for themselves with this place.

Waited fore a month and a week for a 8 day delivery. Install of sliding glass door was sub par. Could be I'm missing something maybe delivery of glass to shop was not in there control but got no type of apology or discount and will probably have to reinstall side panel down the road

I contracted to build a custom home in 2019. Destin Glass was chosen by my contractor to install the glass in my custom shower. They did a horrible job and refused to stand behind their work. They chose to use hinges that were defective, not rated to hold the weight of the glass, and possibly used prior according to the company that I had to hire to replace the hardware and reset the glass. The glass wasn't set level nor even, between the door and and the stationary plate. They used a wood screw instead of a stainless screw which rusted and caused additional damage. Totally unprofessional and the absolute worst craftsmanship I've ever seen. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY...They will take your money and leave you with s*** work performed. Very rude to deal with as well.

Destin Glass has been an absolute pleasure to work with these last 2 weeks. They were so accommodating when it came to working around our schedule. The guys who initially came out to measure for a new shower door were so knowledgeable and made the process so easy and they worked so diligently while installing the new door and shelf in our shower. I am beyond impressed with their overall professionalism!!!

We are so thrilled about the shower door glass replacement job that Destin Glass had done for us. They were very courteous and professional. It was kind of an emergency situation and they got in immediately to get measurements, once we decided on the right product they ordered the new door and did a great job with installation. They were extremely communicative the entire time. We couldn’t be happier. We feel very fortunate to have picked them to do the job.

Thank you Destin Glass for helping us get our beach house ready! They did an amazing job installing our walk in shower doors. We also had them cut over 20 pieces of glass for all of our table tops ie. night stands, dining room tables, consoles, etc. It was very easy: we just called and explained what we wanted, they came out and measured everything, and then all the sudden our glass was ready for installation. Thank you for making all this a very easy process!!!

Stay away from this store!After they ask me to pay in full amount upfront and promised to have my product done in 10 weeks they start to complain in shortage of employees and Covid,Calling every day to have my order and not buddy is in charge for the refuse to refund me my money ! Is already 19 weeks
