Super easy process. Booked my unit online in 5 minutes. Showed up to the office and 5 minutes later i have keys, lock, unit, and gate code. Friendly staff and user friendly process

I just rented a unit at Extra Space Storage and had a great experience. The manager (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything simple and stress free. The facility is clean, well-organized, and feels very secure. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!

Poor management we use to have like 3 units they sold the place new management takes over we give up one of the units because they raise the rent
One of my next units someone theft alot of stuff from us someone from the office contract us one time and that was it
The next one has rat 🐀 leaking alot of water when it rains we have to get rid of some of our stuff that got water damage that why we move out .we have to drive to fort Walton Beach to try finding back some of out stuff that was stolen from out units you people that running this place need to find out why so many people moving out of you guys the raise keep going up ?

I had a great experience renting my storage unit! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The process was quick and hassle-free from start to finish.

She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the options clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and attentive these days.

Both ladies are super easy to talk to and very kind. They keep place up well! You always see one of them around picking up garbage or debris inside. They keep it very clean. But definitely recommend.
