New to the area, live in FWB and work here in Destin, needed to find a facility to dry-clean my work attire that I could call home-and found this amazing company with some of the best employees a company could ask for! They offer a quick turn around time, great service, very reasonable pricing, and the friendliest staff that's always smiling! Especially Anika! This girl needs a raise! She goes above and beyond with the customer service she delivers!! I highly recommend this company and highly encourage you to give them an opportunity if you haven't yet or even if you are seeking to switch to a different laundry service facility!! You will not be disappointed!

Destin’s Total Laundry Service is the only cleaners we will use in town. Most recently the went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for a last minute work trip. 5+ stars.

Steve & his staff do an exceptional job with my dry cleaning, and are always very friendly, professional, and helpful! I’m known by name, and am confident that my clothes are dry cleaned with care. By far, the best all around. Highly recommend Total Laundry Services!

Been coming here for months and the experience here is great every time. Staff is amazing and friendly always helping me out when I need it. They provide excellent customer service. It’s my go to laundromat.

I’ve dropped off my dry cleaning and wash & fold several times at this location. My clothes always come back impeccable. Folding is very neat and the dry cleaning is well pressed. Staff has been fantastic, especially Laura.

Not sure what was worse, the overpriced washing machines or the surly, unfriendly staff.
Bad enough paying $20 to do laundry but to then spend the next hour getting in turns glared at and ignored by the extremely unfriendly girl at the front desk?
Would rather wash my clothes in the bathtub instead

I live in Destin. I’ve been coming 3xs a week for about a year. When I lived in Niceville I went to that location. Niceville location gets 5 stars. The Destin location gets 3 stars. Although the employees are friendly most of the time, when something is wrong with machines they treat you like it’s your fault even if the machine is the problem. The main problem is they let the cleaning services use all the machines and don’t keep any for locals or walk ins. The summer is the worst. Often the dryers are full of cleaning service sheets/towels that are done, but no one here to take the stuff out. The employees see them full and people waiting for a dryer, but do nothing. And yell if you try to take the stuff out. There’s got to be a better method for this.
Maybe I’m spoiled from the Niceville location. The ladies there don’t let stuff set in the dryers, and don’t let cleaners take up everything.
