The people here were awesome all around, very friendly and easy to talk with. Worked with PJ to get a new club and his expertise and communication in my selection was the best I've had. I got new club as well as a handful of clubs re-gripped and will be back with any other golf related purchases.

Great exchange policy with Edwin Watts company but disheartening and shocking customer service from the afternoon Destin employees working on 11/25/23. Associates treated us with a poor attitude, talked down to us, and presented begrudgingly on the follow through for their store exchange policy that we were originally encouraged to utilize.
Lee expressed that we didn’t get a good deal on our irons and even questioned the credentials of the fitter from another store. Today’s visit left the taste of workers with a pompous superiority complex that begs one not to return to the store. After completing the transaction from today, we will not be providing Edwin Watts Destin with our business again.

My only experience with this business was over the phone and it wasn't a good one. Mentioned I wanted a specific set of clubs and asked if they had them in stock. I was immediately deflected by someone being very short over the phone and said I needed to schedule an appointment, but those were in stock. I said I could be there by 5:00 PM at the very latest (they closed at 6:00 PM). Apparently that wasn't enough time to do a single check out. I assume they benefit from trying to funnel potential customers into fittings, which wasn't necessary for me at that time. Safe to say I bought the clubs elsewhere 2 days later.

I just went to Edwin Watts for a fitting. Tom helped me as soon as I arrived. Over the next 1+ hours his advice and patience was much appreciated. The data generated was immensely helpful. When I decide to buy my next set I’ll be paying Tom a visit. Thank you Tom.

Very poor customer service. Rude would be an understatement. On vacation, took 16 y/o grandson in to pick out a new set of clubs (because he has outgrown his), having previously purchased 3 sets from same store in the past. Because we are on vacation, my grandson had his younger brother and two friends with him. We walk into the store, walk over to the putting area and are immediately approached by store clerk who says, “if you are not interested in buying you are not coming in here just to hit balls”. Mind you, my husband and I (adults, ages 55 and 56) were with them and had every intention of making a fairly large purchase….a new set of clubs with bag. Needless to say, we left and will never go back there again. There is a way to approach people and that wasn’t it!! Totally uncalled for!!! Horrible service!!

Went in looking for some used clubs, and they were very accommodating! Let me hit as many balls as I needed until I found what I was looking for. Will definitely be back for any golf related shopping
