Good people right here, they honor what they sell. My wife traded her car for a nice jeep. Had a couple things that need looked at, Jeff the owner was fantastic and very honest and addressed all and any issued we had. We will buy again here and they repair and install anything you want to add to your Jeep or just a oil change. I would recommend anyone to purchase a automobile and or accessories from this company, Thanks for being a honest establishment Jeff.

I arrived at this place determined to buy new tires for my “Jeep Gladiator” the individual who attended me, did it in a very rough way. I asked him if they offered military discount and he was very rude about it. He let it be known that he had not served and when I told him that I am retired military, he expressed with his face a rejection for the military, he must be a democrat, right? From the beginning I realized that he was not interested in my purchasing. Lesson learned, the first impression is the one that makes the sale, I better take my business elsewhere.

I was shopping for a 392 Wrangler for a few months. This was my fifth Jeep that I was looking for. They were 6 1/2 hours away. I was shopping all over. All I can say is the moment I Contacted them and they responded. It was a very relaxed non-pushy process. I gave them the info for my vehicle. I knew that getting top dollar wasn't gonna happen. They need some meat on the bones to sell the vehicle themselves. but it was free. I told them where I needed to be to make it happen. We got there. I made the drive a little bit on the drive but when I got there, it was smooth sailing. I highly recommend this dealership. They're polite, courteous it wasn't really a sales process and I appreciate working with these guys. Thanks again from Tampa.

I have to start by saying, the owner of Elite Jeeps, Jeff, has earned five stars for going above and beyond to make our situation right. Unfortunately, we bought a Jeep that just had way too many issues, unbeknownst to us and Jeff.
I thought I had found the perfect low mileage 392 Jeep Wrangler online at Elite, and when my husband and I saw it in person, we were immediately in love with it. The initial purchase experience with our salesman Russ was pleasant and easy. I could easily say one of the best I’ve ever had. At the time of purchase, we did express concerns to Russ that some lights were flashing intermittently on the dash. Russ put us at ease about it and said it was likely a sensor, no big deal, and the Jeep was still under factory warranty. This made sense at the time and a bad sensor seemed plausible. Things got pretty rocky not long after we drove the Jeep off the lot with dash lights flashing, breaks grinding and vibrating, wheels locking up while turning, and the situation just kept snowballing from there. We immediately made an appointment to take it in to a certified Jeep dealership for evaluation hoping it was just a bad wheel speed sensor. The verdict was that the Jeep was deemed too dangerous to drive in its current state and it needed an ABS module to correct all the issues. We were told it would take 6 months or more to get an ABS module because it is on “galactic back order” and “not currently being manufactured.”Took the Jeep to a second dealership for a second opinion and got the same opinion and outlook. Attempts to reach out to the salesman/manager Russ during all this to let Elite know what had happened weren’t very productive and communication with Russ turned sour pretty quick (that’s where that one star went ?). When the owner Jeff found out the issues we were having, he immediately got in touch with me to come up with a solution, which included reversing the sale or bringing the Jeep back to his shop for a look. At this point, the Jeep had been in 2 different dealerships for virtually the duration of the 1 month we owned it, but we really didn’t want to give up on it so we opted to let Jeff give it a shot with his shop. After having no further luck at Elite’s shop and finding ourselves completely over the stress and the financial loss the Jeep caused us, we opted to return the Jeep to Elite. Jeff was gracious enough to give us back what we paid for the Jeep and was very apologetic for all that had happened.

owner and my husband and I are extremely grateful for his ethical business practices and his willingness to take the absolute best care of his customers. I’ve always heard wonderful things about Elite Jeeps and that’s why I was more than happy to buy a Jeep from them. I just happened to get a rare dud, but I can say, I know several people that have purchased from Elite and they have had fantastic purchasing experiences and are still happily driving their Jeeps.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their team upgraded my JTR with a new 2" lift with bead-lock wheels, tires, and a Warn Zeon winch. Everything was installed flawlessly and they look great. I would highly recommend them for purchase and upgrades. Thanks Elite Jeeps!
