Have spent thousands of dollars at Ethan Allen. Huge Sectional. Dining room table. Patio furniture. Dressers. Child furniture. Breakfast table and chairs, etc. Never had an issue but with the Dining room table. Side wall of 3k solid wood table began peeling off and chipping off. This damage was reported to Patt at the local store, who scheduled it to be repaired in December 2021/January 2022. They came and got the table, took a few days and returned it to us. However, within same day of getting table back for "repair" it had new dents and scratches on the top of the table. This was communicated to Patt and nothing was ever done to remediate the situation. She said she would replace it, but that she didn't have the authority as it was an online purchase and not from their store. I followed up with her over the summer to discuss options as the table continued to deteriorate. I created a warranty claim for the damages. Patt said that they might consider replacing with a different table, so I provided one that we'd like instead as the quality of this piece is questionable. Was told I would receive a call-back on the status in a few days. Never received a call. I called on 7/20/22 and was told "Case is closed, not a warranty issue." Wait a minute? Ethan Allen took the table to repair obviously faulty construction and (during that process) damaged it! So that's not a warranty issue? No more details. Beware of this company. We were lied to completely when we were told our table would be - at a minimum exchanged - at best replaced with a new one.

As a furniture repair/touch up businessman, I am always so impressed how far Ethan Allen in Destin Fl will go to make sure their customers will be happy. In addition, its such pleasure to work with them and their team! I highly recommend them!

After working for over 6 months with a wonderful designer and spending over $50k on furnishings for our new home in Destin, it all came down to a question over what appeared to be a relatively small discrepancy with a balance on a past invoice that has resulted in me having my delivery "put on hold" by Scott Derrick, the design center manager. This was extremely unprofessional and unethical for SD to stop my delivery and have it rescheduled due to a power play on his part. I had planned to pay the entire balance on this new invoice upon delivery, however, I wasn't given that consideration by the swift actions of the manager. I have filed a complaint against this person directly through Ethan Allen customer complaint and customer service department. With this one fell swoop, all the good will established over the past few months has been destroyed. I will never again purchase anything from this store. Janice B

My furniture has been falling apart since it was about a year old. We had it in our formal living room. Now I wouldn't even give the couch away due to sharp nails starting to pop out of the back. The chair is so flat and uncomfortable now. The couch is lumpy in some places and flat in others. I rotate and fluff everything as instructed. It is all 4 years old.

Anja is a fantastic Interior Designer. As a color blind man, I needed all the help I could get! She expertly helped me pick out and perfectly match a full living room suite and kitchen chairs for a granite island. Moreover, she went above and beyond helping me select a beautiful carpet and lamps from other vendors. Anja has a wonderful personality, is extremely patient, not pushy in the least and has a perfect eye for taste and quality. She was also great at steering me away from items/fabrics that would not work well together. I would not hesitate to utilize her expert services again. Lastly, yes Ethan Allen is pricy, but you get what you pay for. The quality hand-picked custom pieces Anja helped me choose will last for decades. Everyone who visits loves the pieces and I am extremely comfortable in my home.

Interior Designer Anja was amazing. She understood exactly what I was looking for in style and even stayed under my budget! She had a lot patience due to the fact I was indecisive but that's where her magic came in and helped pull the perfect things together to make all my rooms perfect. I can't wait to use her again!

My husband and I worked with Katy as our designer and had such a good experience at this Ethan Allen. She came out to our home on a Saturday and did a complementary consultation, and she had so many great suggestions for things we hadn't even thought of. She then worked with us countless times over the course of a month to pick exactly the right leather (which turned out beautifully!) and the fabric for our chair and ottoman. Everything about our experience was top notch, from Katy's response time (through email, text, calls, etc.) to the store manager Scott remembering us each time and making us feel at home. They really did a flawless job of being professional and knowing/selling their pieces, while not being too pushy and letting us take the time to ourselves to truly pick what worked for our needs. We're generally not a fan of working with salespeople - sorry, it's true - but this was NOT a high-pressure sales situation at all. It was actually pleasant to work with them and they really went above and beyond in customer service. We always recommend this EA location - and Katy in particular! - to our friends and family.

This store is the worst representation of an Ethan Allen Gallery I have ever experienced. The floor selection was the same that they had two years ago when it opened and the few furniture items that had been added were poorly presented. The store was filthy and everything looked worn. I asked if they were in the process of closing and the manager (Melanie) spoke to me so rudely that I will never go back in there again !!!!
