This is very unprofessional behavior for your customers. I've used Executive Express Carwash for many years - this type of behavior by your employees makes me never want to come here again! The employee wouldn't give me her name, had no name tag and used profanity when I asked why she turned off the machine as I was vacuuming my car! Never again and I already canceled my membership!

They do a pre bug spray and the young man on Sunday did a great job. Vacuums are free and work great. A very good experience

So on September 19th,\nI went to the car wash and my back windshield shattered. contacted the owner and was in communication with him for a couple days but it was going nowhere. Took zero responsibility and was completely defensive. I just got my car a couple months ago from the dealership. It’s a 2021 Volkswagen so pretty new. The owner kept trying to blame it on the weather and me saying that there was a chip in the windshield. That his car wash is “state of the art”. This is not the only time that a back windshield has shattered at this car wash. It’s kind of concerning because this place just opened a couple months ago. The owner tried to scare me off by saying I was slandering his business by just stating facts. My car was completely fine before entering his car wash. The camera footage showed nothing because there was no camera in the middle of his car wash where it happened. Something nicked my back windshield. There’s no way there was a chip in back windshield, or it was due to weather. I was completely understanding at first but now I’m just frankly disappointed. It’s gonna cost me $750 to replace the windshield and re-tent the window. Im newly graduated college student trying to start my life in Santa Rosa Beach. Now have to create another headache and go to small claims court. Save your money and go to Ottos like everyone else.

I don't think free means what you think it means. "Free" after you pay money is the actual exact opposite of that word. I think the word you are searching for in included. I would suggest taking the weird free you have plastered all over your building down. Highly suggest you go to Ottos, they at least know what words mean and have a much friendly staff!

Arguably the best car wash in Destin. I’ve had a membership there for over 2 years. Before going to this business, I was against automated car washes and always detailed my own. Their customer service is always great and the employees are always there for you if you need any additional services done.Services: Vacuuming

First time I've been through a car wash in 40 years. We just took our 2021 Altima rental car after a 5,000 mi trip through their $8 Express wash. OMG!!! All the bugs were gone. Wheels and tires looked great. I would highly recommend.

Santa Rosa Beach Location..First thing, in order to get a completely ineffective car wash, you must negotiate an almost impossible turn..to get the car situated to go through the car wash.. after doing so and paying high prices.. the vehicle was in the same condition of highway soil as when it went into the wash.. when I pointed out the soil, and asked the attendant if the car wash should do a better job, he got all sensitive and told me a didn't need to yell at him.. poor thing.. I didn't fuss, I just asked a simple question.. Then the car wash offers no cleaning cloths to actually clean your vehicle.. the car wash up the street does and it cost no more.. and by the way.. the other car wash has covers to get you out of the sun.. to vacuum your vehicle.. NOT THIS ONE.. terrible car wash

This car wash is fantastic! The owner and an attendant sprayed away about 3 years of dirt and mold on my van before the wash tunnel. Now it looks almost like new! Definitely will return to keep it looking good!

Best car wash ever, got my car very clean the first time through. Free vacuums and window cleaning supplies was a definite plus :)
