This was the best shipping experience of my life. I cannot recommend Jeff more. He was an incredible mentor to the new employee working alongside him, and he was incredibly intentional and thoughtful when it came to addressing our needs and going out of his way to help us package an item and get it shipped. He gave great advice and was neutral in his recommendations. We shipped a wedding bouquet and he was an absolute rockstar and knew exactly what to do.

The door is locked there is noone here. It's 4pm in the afternoon, the door says open until 7pm. Not today theyre not, closed at least by 4. Awful staffing situation here.

I feel like this is super random to review a FedEx store. But customer service (in general) has completely gone downhill over the last decade or so and I was just blown away with how sweet the store manager was as well as the gentleman working alongside her. Donna Sweeney was her name and I just wanna give them a five star review because they deserve it! They were kind helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you both!

These are the rudest, most unhappy employees I have ever seen and its every single time I have been there. I will never go here again and will find a UPS location instead.

It's a lot easier to be kind than it is to be rude and dismissive. The staff at this location does not understand how to provide customer service. I would recommend using another carrier or location.

Came into this FedEx store to return an ATT modem as listed on my ATT app. I knew beforehand that all I needed was for them to scan the item and receive my account number. When I walked in I was met with an individual who gave me attitude, scanned my item and said “where’s your RMA.” When I stated that ATT said I did not need one and just needed my account number, he told me that was incorrect. I then said that’s odd because it says right here on my app you just need my account number. He supposedly rescanned my item and put in my account number and said “that didn’t work. You need the RMA.” He then walked away and just decided not to help anymore - no guidance whatsoever. I finally walked away stating maybe there was a miscommunication with me and ATT. I immediately called ATT to find out RMAs DONT EXIST and all that he needed to do was scan my item and confirm my account number - which is exactly what I asked for. Instead of being helped I had to drive to UPS who then very graciously helped and guess what? All they did was scan my item.
I am not sure what this individual was doing when he scanned my item or if he was scanning the wrong area but I was not happy with how this was handled and I was immediately told I was “wrong” even with proof on my att app.
I will never be back. I hope others have a better experience because I felt embarrassed and anxious trying to figure this ATT thing out with no help from FedEx.

I went to a FedEx shipping center because I needed a package to definitely go out on Monday (while I was out of town). I created the shipment, paid for it (overnight), put the label on the package and left it at a business location that has regular FedEx pickup. OOOPS - FedEx driver won't take it since it is Express instead of ground. Now that I am 2 states away the automated service (since you can't talk to a human being), I discover Express pickup is not available in the area so the urgent package is now stranded. USPS - it has it's faults but miles better than FedEx !!!!!!!

Here we are 3weeks before Xmas this FedEx has one girl working and a line out the door. They surely have enough money to pay for proper help. Avoid this location
