First I had to ask someone for help because they were more worried about there phones. Said I wanted to try on a couple pair of shoes and one pair for my child. Came out and said they didn’t have a size for my child which is fine. But never asked or offered about the other two pair I was interested in. So I said thanks and left. I will find a company that cares about customer service and want my money. Definitely not this store. Find some place else to shop!

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 45 years. I ordered shoes online for my daughter. The next day she noticed that they had a split in them. Her and her mom took them back just wanting to swap them. The store told her they looked worn on the inside even though the outside was spotless. She literally tried them on and that was it. She was going to wear them the next day when she noticed the issue. She never even got to wear them. She’s wanted those shoes for a long time. Pathetic customer service and people here. I will never ever go to this location again. I will never buy from finish line again. I may never buy NIKE again. She’s so hurt by this terrible service. Who does that to a 14 year old girl.

Worst experience ever!
I’ve bought the New Balance 530 from them for $100 plus $7 tax. Total $107 and went back to return because need a smaller size and the store didn’t have one.
Upon return I noticed that I received only $100 back. Salesperson explained that now they have a tax free season so I get only $100. I asked for manager and that sales person said he is the manager, then I asked for supervisor and he said he is the supervisor.
Then I asked to call someone who can fix the issue. Another supervisor said over the phone that there is nothing they can do was laughing at me when I asked for $7 cash.
Just don’t go there

Purchased a pair of shoes online for $160 the very next day they went down $30dollars to $130 they would not refund me the difference. So I just returned them (jd-sports)

I have been shopping at this store since 2009, and have seen many employees come and go. They used to have a manager who was friendly and helpful who knew me by name and would greet me the second I walked in the store. I have not had the same experience at this store since. I usually get some lady who seems she could care less whether I spend my money there or not.I picked up my Jordan 1 Chicago from the app raffle and saw two Hispanic women picking up three pairs of men’s shoes when they were limited and only one pair per person being sold. I’ve been so disgusted with the way they handled the Jordan 3 OG cement drop that I don’t think I will continue spending my money at a store that does not give loyalty back to loyal customers. Bad customer service and no personality is the norm here. Do better Finishline, you are one of the last good shoe retailers left!

Really bad customer service. No greeting, no helping, just 3 teenagers staring and they looked bothered like I interrupted them when asked for a size. You’re better off hitting outlets.

If I had the opportunity to give zero stars I would. I went in finish line on 06/16/2022 at 5:50 pm. Me my daughter, my son and grandson went in finish line. 3 cashiers all them looking on their phones as if customers were not in the store. My daughter picked up some Nikes and my son wanted a pair of white Air Force ones. I mean nobody has the curtesy to ask if we needed help. If the Destin Florida footlocker didn’t make money on 06/16/2022 it was clearly their phone and conversation was more important
