Just finished week 3 of 12 and already feel the difference. JB knows his stuff and is fun to train with at the gym.

Josh is amazing! I have had several injuries and he is working with me to gain stability, balance, and strength. He consistently asks how I’m feeling and ensures I’m not overdoing it. I can’t recommend him enough!
