I went to 3 other shoe stores before coming here. Clearly i wasted time and should've started here from jump. My kid walked in and with help from the staff, quickly found everything he wanted. I think this place needs more advertisement cus you guys rock!

On vacation with my wife, two small children, and myself we decided to walk into this store. We were the only people in the entire store, and there were 3 employees working in this small store, all African American. My family was not greeted, offered any assistance, or even told have a nice day when leaving. We walked all over the store, and at times were right next to a male employee. There is no doubt in our minds that we were not acknowledged by the staff because of our race. This occurred on 7/6 around noon.

We went in to this store 1/19/2017 right before close looking for some new basketball shoes for our son because he had a tournament the next day he’s 5 so he was a bit nervous , the lady working (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was super helpful and amazing, because we indeed tried on a few pair and had trouble finishing our sons size.. anyways we ended up finding a pair of shoes and she wished our son good luck and we went on our way.. he got first place at at his basketball the next day and he swears it was the new shoes ? so a big shout out to her because he couldn’t have done it without the shoes!
