Your associate at Destin commons has no customer service etiquette. She spoke to us as if she wanted us to leave the store and did not bother to ask us if we needed help. While we smiled at her, she gave us the stink eye and told us “you ladies can’t try the shoes from the shelves you need to request for a size from the back”, but when other African Americans were “trying” on the shoes from the shelves, she did not tell them what she told us. She did not even help us even after asking her for a size, she did not even try to check on the computer but said “you cant fit that you need to go to the kids side” but the person I was with uses mens size 7 to 8. She made us feel like she did not want us there and wanted us out. We are not sure if it’s because we were asians, but she had zero respect. The other associate tried to help, but the other associate behind the counter did nothing but stare us down and told us we wont fit nothing there, just like telling us we need to leave.

Went in to buy some shoes, could not get any of the staff to help me. A couple of customers in there looking around and 2 to 3 people working there and the staff would not even acknowledge me, was there for about 10 minutes then just walked out.

The employees in there are very friendly, helpful and always graceful with their attitude to get you exactly what you need

Horrible experience with this store and staff. Sold defective shoes from the Nike factory. My son wore them for 20 mins when they started hurting his heel. We realized they were sewn wrong causing material to push into his foot from the inside of the shoe. Store manager refused to take them back because they were worn and could not be resold. I explained that they are defective from the factory and they should not be resold! To which she responded “I’m sorry, I cannot help you”. She told us to “take it up with Nike” or to call the 1800 customer service number. Foot locker customer service said this had to be returned at a store since it was not an online order. They suggested we drive to another store and “try” to return them there. Destin commons store staff was rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. Finally got in touch with someone from customer service via a live chat and they are helping resolve the issue. I should have known when we were the only customer and were not greeted, had to walk a shoe back to someone, and ask for a size to try on that I should have shopped elsewhere. This was the most insane thing I have ever experienced.

The employees are chill but they barely have any good sneakers here. Even the sneakers that they do have are super overpriced. Lots of empty shelves and barely any shoes at all. But this is Destin FL, so I wouldn't expect them to have as many shoes as the other Footlockers.

Easy to get to, but had some issues with a few staff members. Only 1 employee there made up the lack of proper customer service there.

my daughter was shopping in this store on 5/1/21 and an employee, unbeknownst to her, was video taping her and the shoes she was wearing. The employee was using derogatory language directed at her and what she was wearing. This employee, of Foot Locker, then posted the diatribe on social media. We will be calling corporate to say the least. Take your business elsewhere.
