Our family came in as visitors and Victoria, Alexander and the other staff were so friendly, helpful and gracious with their time, that we all left as customers! Bought a Fossil watch a year ago in October. Was told we could get free battery replacement yearly. At the store today we were told no, they will not replace the battery. Like my watch, but hate being misled about the free battery.

Purchased a watch from fossil outlet store in Destin one year ago and when I got home to Canada, the watch started to lose time.Today I stopped in with receipts hoping to have it repaired.Their customer service was awesome as they replace the watch.Made me a customer for life.Thank you for great customer service.

I didn’t put in my coupon code (PCRYNZZN**) and immediately after I contacted customer service. No cancellations, returns, modifications, partial refunds, larger discount code for a second person. I talked to (Jose) are you kidding me? The reasons seemed lazy and uncaring. I paid with Apple Pay and checked out in seconds. There should be better customer help…
