The Destin Home Depot is more than just a hardware store - it's a one-stop-shop for tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials for the Destin, FL community. The staff is consistently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness, and expertise. Customers highlight the store's cleanliness and great location, as well as the ease of finding assistance with their projects. Even when faced with delivery complications, the store went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. While some customers prefer Lowe's, many appreciate the reliability and restocking capabilities of The Home Depot. Overall, this location is highly recommended for its exceptional customer service and wide selection of products to meet the needs of local residents.
Thank you to Brad for helping us with the washer and dryer today, it was great chatting with you about San Diego too! Appreciate you!

I would like to edit this review as the store manager stepped in and re-routed my purchase to my home state. Very Thankful! Thank You Scott Wilson!
Worst customer service ever experienced by a Home Depot having been to numerous in multiple states. Looks like I'm now a Lowe's customer. Thanks for nothing.
