My wife and I have never felt more disrespected or discriminated against because of the way we look in a store than we did here. We were not greeted upon entrance into the store but instead looked at and laughed at by a young man with blonde curly hair and a leg brace as well as a young blonde girl (both employees). I just wanted to see the selection of Hats and my wife I wanted to look at the dresses. We understand we are a bit larger and would not fit in the clothes here but I have never been laughed at by employees at a store. I’m so disappointed all around. This is very disheartening for a store who claims to have Christian values. You should reconsider the employees that you hire.

DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES BY EMPLOYEES! My husband and I have never felt more disrespected or discriminated against because of the way we look in a store than we did here. We understand we are a bit larger and would not fit in the clothes here but my husband was wanting to purchase a hat here and maybe a sticker if there were any and I saw a dress that I thought was so beautiful. So disappointed and horrible experience all around. Only come here if you wear a size large or smaller or are okay with being laughed at for even entering a store.

My family and I love innerlight surf shop in Destin & Pensacola! They have great shirts, board shorts, sandals, surf and skim boards. Don’t go anywhere but here for your beach needs— shop local! ??

We were in looking at getting our 10 year old son a foam board and we had the best experience. Rocco took his time and was knowledgeable and extremely polite. He showed our son how to put on the fins and my son couldn’t have been happier. I think we got a great board and had an amazing customer experience. Thank you Rocco!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced in a surf shop. They didn’t speak to anyone except a couple they knew well. Never even asked if I needed help. Will not be going back!

Great Customer Service!I looked everywhere for a specific board and they were the shop that had it. They did a great job of communicating with me and shipping the board to me quickly.I called all of their three locations and everyone was great and attentive.
