If possible, I would give a rating of zero. However, the employees were unaccommodating to everyone. I regret that we wanted to buy shoes, but the two employees were preoccupied with each other. I am surprised that this store remains profitable. This feedback was provided by my husband.

I needed to swap shoes i ordered off the site because they were too small. The young lady that helped me was so nice and helpful. I wish i could remember her name. Very pleasant experience.

As I walked in this store the smell of marijuana was so intense that my 11 year old asked what the smell was. Trying to explain to her on the spot an excuse was not ok. Extremely unprofessional and what a shame.

Last night was a family friendly Christmas parade at destin common. My family and I was uncomfortable to shop there because 3 workers up front near 8pm, was high, giggly slow to work, and most definitely was smoking in the store. Smell Was so strong.

On 7/16/22 we were getting help from a tall light skin dude and then asked who I believe was the manager a short light skin girl with red hair if she could check if they had a particular size due her walking past me. I hear her literally say loudly to the dude “if I have to help with one of your customers one more time ima punch you in chest!” Super embarrassing to the young dude and it was super rude and unprofessional. I’m confused why she was upset when asked to do her job that she gets paid to do?! I don’t know why people work in retail and have terrible customer service. The young dude customer service was great until she came with her negative attitude.

Angel was so helpful! Despite it being busy & her working alone, she was cheerful & friendly the whole time. She lived up to her name & we left with great shoes.
