Your store is advertised as being open until 8:00 pm. On Tuesday November 7th 2023, I rushed my daughter out there as soon as she got home from high school practice to look for a romper she was wanting to buy for a concert and we arrived at 7:27pm to a locked door. Two employees were standing inside behind the counter and were trying to avoid making eye contact with us. When one of them finally made eye contact I held my fingers up and mouthed “are y’all not open until 8 o’clock?” to which they both started laughing and shook their heads no. Given the amount of money I have spent there over the last several years, this was extremely disappointing and very rude. If your store hours are advertised as being open till eight then the doors do not need to be locked before then and if you have changed your business hours in then that needs to be noted on your website. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I love the variety that Lizard Thicket has. The staff is always so helpful. When I was in a few days ago, the ladies helped me pick out a Birthday present for a coworker - and she loved it. Go to place to shop.

Worst shopping experience I think I’ve ever had. Will not be back. The staff didn’t acknowledge me at all and I was made out to be a burden. I’ve been in the store about 4 times over the past year and it’s always been catty girls running it. This place is going to crash and burn in the blink of an eye.

genuinely the most helpful staff i’ve ever experienced in a boutique! I was shopping for a dress for a special day and after going to countless stores and feeling hopeless, i went in and found the one! the ladies were all so helpful and welcoming! I will definitely be back!!
