I am a loyal Loft shopper but will not shop this store again. Staff are rude, don't offer assistance and don't really know what they are doing. Today one was propped on the counter and the other twirling her hair both looking like they would rather be anywhere else but there. They charged me incorrectly on my last two visits. They could use some training and leadership at the very least. So disappointed.

I bought a pair of shoes and a T-shirt last week and when I got to my hotel I realized that the shoes ere miss , so I called the store any explained the situation to the employee, she put me on hold and said that she didn't find any T-shirt in the back so told her tat inhad a missing pair of shoes not a T-shirt and she answered, oh I did find a pair of shoes either. I suspect she was not taking this seriously so I didn't insist, but I won't go back again . probably the employees keep the forgot stuff for them self. Check your bags before leaving the store!!!!!!

The staff is very rude and unsure of what they are doing. Make the shopping experience here to uncomfortable, needs more coaching/training. The sales lead, assist manager, sales associates as a whole just not a good shopping experience. Visit Destin many times every year and too much trouble to shop will take my business elsewhere and share with others about loft. I also shop many of other stores and sister stores and online also, u all need to do better all the way around if this is going on what is corporate doing this is a domino effect and racial profiling of any kind is nonsense and if this is what loft is allowing very unprofessional among other things. WILL NOT GO BACK. A concern shopper
