They suck at answering the phone. I was on hold for 35 minutes. You basically help yourself some lady in customer service looked high and was not understanding any of the questions I was asking. Very unprofessional. The staff needs to be retrained.

LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Go in to order appliances and told they will be delivered on a certain date! Only to get a call the day before delivery telling me the order was NOT placed and I could place another order and have them in 2 weeks! I try to call and make a complaint but I get a call center where I am td the delivery will be on Friday of January 5th 2024! Now I just received another call that there is no order or delivery set and need to reorder! Extremely disappointed in their service! I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!

Bought a washer and dryer set 2200 the washer delivered was damaged on a Saturday. The delivery person said I'll set it up and call Monday we will bring a new one and swap it out. They took pics uploaded in app. Monday I spent 3 hours on phone mostly hold with no resolution except a claim# . Tuesday they call and said they won't swap . I have to Buy a new one and once they got the original they would refund me. So I'm to trust that your going to do your job this time and wait while you refund me instead of transferring the money I've already paid to the new purchase? I set up return on both . They acted like they don't care , not to mention I had to drive back over the bridge to do all this. 12$ in tolls and nothing accomplished. Home Depot sucks to so in this area your out of options . Very Sad !!!!!

The absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER by Jayme. Thank you so very, very much. I was at Lowe's yesterday, 10 September 2023. I needed to purchase a new gas grill and cover. Jayme helped me with getting the grill I wanted (from the back storeroom), he brought it through the cash lane for me, wheeled it out to curb and placed into the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I never had to do anything...he did it all for me. Soooo professional, courteous and so VERY helpful. A BIG SHOUT OUT for Jayme...one of Lowe's VERY BEST Sales Reps. A huge Thank you Jayme. Linda Winslett (a very pleased, satisfied customer!!)

Terrible customer service. Rude assistant manager with a bad attitude. She needs to be re-trained about customer service or she should be moved to a position where she does not interact with customers. This is the second time she has acted this way- so unprofessional. I am afraid to think of how she treats other employees because she is a bully and is verbally abusive. We hope that Lowes contacts us about our awful experiences with this employee. This home improvement store radiates an overwhelming positive energy. As I walk in my senses are invigorated and I feel welcome. Every single staff that I encountered in my visit to this establishment was outstanding, marvelous, and superb even. If you need a good laugh on a gloomy day, converse with the employee with hair of violet and noir undertones. She is very delightful, ensured to make you chuckle. As you peruse through the well stocked isles be sure to check out the paint samples, they are eye candies. Take a complimentary sip from the water fountain on your way to the exit of the facility. The staff members were astonishingly kind. 10/10 would reccomend..

I bought a gas grill. The price was great and it was put together. The associate helped me take one side shelf off and load it in my vehicle. I would give a five star but there were no check out registers that had a cashier. Only self check out, but it went smoothly too. A total of 10 minutes from the time I paid, it was loaded and I was on my way.

Do not use Lowes, especially in Destin! It has been 1 year and they demanded I pay in full for 3 windows. I still do not have the correct undamaged windows. I call the store after the 2nd delivery of the wrong and damaged windows and they said I had to start all over again. The Manager of the Millworks, Dan hung up on me. Annie is Dan's manager, she never called back. After calling for 4 days straight to the store and Corporate customer care, no Manager will call me back, yet alone reach a resolution. Corporate customer service just keeps on taking my info down and creating case numbers. Now they have the audacity to ask if they can close my permit because there is a limited time to do so with the county. I haven't included all the horrible things that have occurred through the year, let alone how I had to drive the process because they are so disconnected from the window company, the installer, their work order group, their warehouse, etc. Nightmare!

Lowes was the only home improvement store in the area that carried the materials that I wanted to redo my bathrooms. I tried to get help from customer service but was very disappointed. Tamarius in the plumbing area was so helpful he checked what was in stock labeled it to be sure all materials I needed would be delivered. If not for him, I probably would've left the store not placed my order

Absolutely terrible dishwasher installation from this store. Have used Lowes in other areas and the installations were great, not this store. They showed no respect for the property, left a mess.

I ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe's. It was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. The delivery manager called and told that his driver quit and they could deliver it any other day I needed. So I requested Monday. He said can't deliver it Monday but I can Tuesday. On Tuesday I waited 3.5 hours and no delivery. I tried to call the store numerous times and no answer. The driver called to tell me he couldn't find my home and I should come meet him. Which I didn't do. Went to Lowes the next morning and canceled the order. I will never buy another appliance from Lowes. Went to Best Buy and received excellent service.

I've been trying to reach them by phone for 7 days no one ever answered had to call corporate to cancel my order after 2nd time no call no show from their delivery team. Save your time is not worth it go somewhere where they pick up their phones

Called to ask a simple question about one of their grills. I sat and listened to the phone ring for 10 minutes before I gave up and hung up. Looks like I'll be getting a grill from elsewhere...

I have been trying to call the Destin store all week and all it does is ring, no answer. Waiting for a delivery today. Second time this week, I have no idea where it is. The website says open until 10:00, they actually close at 9:00 as I found out as I went searching for answers at 9:10 this week. I have missed a graduation party for my grandson this afternoon as I have been waiting for the supposed delivery today.
