I tried to take advantage of a promotion that Lowe's was running. If you purchased at least one toilet and one faucet, and paid to use their installation service they would refund the cost of the installation on a Lowe's gift card. I purchased two toilets and a faucet and paid for installation. After arranging my work schedule to be home no less than five times only to have them cancel the day of and reschedule the installation, they then canceled my project all together. I spoke to Lowe's install multiple times, I called the Destin store and I called the main Lowe's customer service number. I was told there was nothing they could do about it because they could not find a plumber to do the job in our area. They offered something, I purchased it and they took it back! Really unbelievable! So disappointing!
This is an update after the reply from Lowes. The phone number they give in the reply is the last phone number I called before posting my review. The person I spoke with told me there was nothing they could do.

I go to 5 to 6 Lowe's a day, 25 to 30 Lowe's a week. This is the first location I have ever came to, that won't allow drivers to seat inside when it's 100 degrees out side. Shame on you guys treating truck drivers this way. That's why no one wants to come to this location

Worst customer service ever. Waited a week for delivery of appliances and the order was totally messed up. They had scheduled them to go to the wrong residence. When the delivery people arrived, they said they didn’t have the installation kits to install. They also barely spoke English. We tried calling the store and no one answered. I remained on the phone and drove there!!! When I arrived, there were 3 employees standing at the register in that department. When I explained our situation, the excuse was that they use 3rd party people for delivery! No one was very concerned. My husband asked them when they made the second delivery to give us a text 30 minutes out since we don’t live at the residence. They didn’t bother! It takes us 20 -30 minutes to get there. I arrived first within 2 minutes.. the delivery person said that he wouldn’t wait more than 15 minutes for my husband. My husband arrived within 5 minutes and the guys were in a huge hurry! Both appliances were dented after all of that! We tried calling the store and it just rang and rang. You could hear someone pick up and just put us back on hold! After an hour of ringing, someone answered and told us the manager was “busy”… We left our number and no one returned the call. Manager on duty was Shawn. This is not the first time we’ve had issues! We will go to Home Depot from now on!

Loading zone is a joke. Never anyone there to help. A needed service for some. Go to Lowe’s in Fort Walton Beach for loading service as they are fantastic. Not so much in Destin.

6:00 at night they have all the doors locked on the pro end of the store so if you need something from that end of the store you have to walk all the way across the store to check out on the other end. So you got guys with 16 ft ladders and 12 ft 2x4s trying to check out in the self checkout aisle.
Idiot move by whoever runs this store. I have a pro account here and spend a lot of money but I'm going to do my best to avoid Lowe's after this inconvenience

I went to Lowe’s in Destin Fl. I was purchasing annual flowers in the garden center. The older gentleman in the loading area was very friendly and helpful! However, there was cars ( 5 or 6) backed up and he did not have any help. After he loaded me I went back inside and ask for the department supervisor, Jeremy came to the front desk and I told him about the line in the garden center. His reply was “ he’s got it”! I was appalled at his reply. I asked for another supervisor and a gentleman Jerry came to the front, I explained the situation and he acted like it was none of my business. I have run a multimillion dollar logistics company for 40 years. If I had employees like Jerry and Jeremy they would have been fired!!!!! I expected them to help the man in the garden center not write him off. Just for the record, I am passing the word around in my subdivision (Kelly Plantation) not to shop at Lowe’s because of how they treat employees!!!! Further, the bathrooms should be shut down they are filthy!!!!!! This company is disgraceful!!!!

Went here with my husband for something particular. We couldn’t find it anywhere so I asked a floor associate, he looked it up on his device & found that it was up at the very top in the storage on a back isle. He got a big ladder, found the boxes of the item & got me a pack out. I was so grateful, we had been to 3 stores already looking for this item. The associate could not have been more pleasant or helpful. We had good conversation as well.

After racking up a 9k order in appliances and upgrades a random customer who happened to want earlier appliances managed to balk her way into the appliance section workers to cave into her demands. It was wild but end of the day i figured picking and choosing appliances for a total remodel would have meant pitting customers on a last item out of the question but not here. Also if you read this far best buy does in fact have the same appliances cheaper down the road.

Visiting a good friend and she needed lighting upgrade in her kitchen. We stopped at Lowe's electric department where we met Harold. He was very knowledgeable and a tremendous help in what we needed for our upgrade. Thanks Harold!

Had a time today at Lowes. Decided to do the curbside option. Waiting 15 min called the store twice no answer. I proceeded to go into the store and informed the cashier at service I had been waiting over 20 mins to be told that the curbside guy left for the day. (how are customers supposed to know this?!) He then got my item I had ordered from online and I mentioned it seemed smaller in the box are you sure that’s the correct one, and he told me yes you’ll just have to assemble it.
I then drove all the way home to open a box to an item i didn’t even order. I called the store and was put on hold for another 15 min to be told that they don’t have the item i ordered and to get a refund i would need to drive all the way back in.
The thing is, there was no sympathy from the day staff of wasting my time and gas making two back and forth trips. This was a concern i had at the store. I already tried calling the 1-800 number but there was no one to help me. This store wasted 3 hours of my time and I was left without not receiving the product I ordered and waited over a week for. Completely disappointing.

It is absolutely shocking that this company is still in business. I wonder if corporate even knows how terrible it is. Have been out on hold with no one answering for over a half hour. I wanted to make a purchase and have it delivered and I guess they aren’t in the business to make money. I’m not sure what the problem is but it is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! And it isn’t the first time!!!
