By far the best place I have ever shopped at for authentic gently used Designer Handbags. I came across this store while on vacation and ever since I continue to go directly through the owner and her friendly staff. She even ships my purchase directly to me in Ohio. I highly recommend Lux Exchange!! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!!

Don’t buy from this store they are very expensive,it’s better to buy straight from people who are selling online you can find better price plus you can save some money.For example my wife have a Louis Vuitton purse and I try to sell to this Luxury store?? whatever they call themselves? and the lady said she will give me for that purse just 800$ but the purse I bought it for 1800$ and to resale she said will be 1400$ anyway long story short I sell it for 1000 bucks my point is YOU can find Better deals online than that store or buy brand new.good luck and don’t get scammed ??

Hi Melanie. That is a blatant lie. I am including my refund receipt from PayPal dated April 30th. It shows my purchase and paid date of April 18th. Your offer for a discount on a future purchase is laughable. Why would I send more money to a company that never sent my item and refused to refund me and answer my messages? I had to get eBay involved and they issued my refund based on your negligence. Think carefully before giving this business your hard earned money. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
