“Rebecca was amazing. She took in consideration with our situation owning a condo and wanted to stay in a certain price range. We never felt any pressure to make a purchase. Definitely would work with her again if ever a need for another mattress.”

“I spent countless hours looking at national chain stores for a sofa and bed. Even with all of my preferences and size constraints, Hanks came thru. Jonathan spent the time to understand what I was looking for and to pinpoint the perfect pieces. We’ll definitely return for our residence and our Short Term Rental.”

“I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my new Sleep Number mattress at the Destin, FL store today! Grant was unlike any salesperson I’ve encountered. He was gracious, incredibly knowledgeable—especially about the cooling mattress I was interested in—and never once made me feel pressured. He genuinely cared about making sure I found the right mattress and went out of his way to make sure I was completely taken care of. What stood out most was how obvious it is that Grant has a true passion for people and for helping them. That kind of genuine customer service is rare these days. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with him and can’t wait for my new mattress to arrive. Grant absolutely made me a Sleep Number customer for life! Highly recommend asking for him if you visit the Destin store.”
