I used Max for almost a year. When he shows up on time or at all the service is usually good. However more often than not he is either late or he cancels my appointment. Predictably he always has an excuse about traffic or something else; "I was delayed in Navarre" is a frequent one. It wouldn't be so bad if rescheduling with him wasn't like pulling teeth. Each time he has cancelled on me I end up going back through the same process of running behind him to get a new appointment. If you are looking for regular monthly service look elsewhere.

We had Max come to our office to wash and wax a couple employee vehicles. He answered when we called and arrived when scheduled. Very reasonably priced and he did a great job. We will be using his services again.

Our daughter Beth gave my wife and I a wash and wax job from MAXIMUM DETAILING in FWB. My concern now is someone will steal my 2008 Expedition. It didn't look this good when I bought it. I'm really shocked that the wheel covers could be so brilliant for there was some brake "stuff" on them that looked like it was permanent. I couldn't be happier by the obviously very hard work that brought my truck' appearance to "life" again. I can't over recommend this company for this kind of service. Now to get someone to watch it so no one "borrows it" is my next task.

I called Max to wax our car and he was very polite. He came when he said he was going to, and did an excellent job. His rates are reasonable and we will be calling him for hand car washes as well, to protect our paint, since drive thru washes can scratch easily. I would highly recommend Maximum detailing!

If you want your car detailed and you want it done right, these are the guys to go to. Jamie just spent nine hours working on my entire car and it looks better than the day I drove it off the lot. Seriously, these guys are worth every penny and then some.

What a joke. To begin, Max is impossible to get ahold of on the phone. On Wednesday, I scheduled an appointment for a detail on Friday at 3pm. Max said he would give me a courtesy call on Thursday to confirm the appointment. This never happened. As I am awaiting his arrival on Friday, I decided to call as it was already 3:30...No answer. 20 minutes later I get a call with the excuse that he had a flat tire and left his phone in his car. I asked if he could still come later today. His response was that he had to call his wife and see if someone was picking up his son. A half hour later he calls and says that traffic is too bad to make it. What is it, your son didn't get a ride, traffic, or your tire? Very unprofessional in my opinion. If I was on the way to a job and got a flat tire, my first response would be to call the customer and let them know what is going on. At then end of our conversation, I stated I was going to write a review. His response was thanks. He must really care about the public image of his business. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Just had my Tahoe done. Max did fantastic job. I am down for vacation in Destin and found him through Google search. The truck has never looked better. If you are in town for vacation or live near he is the go to guy. Highly recommended

I have had my car detailed my Maximum Detailing for the past two years and Max always does a great job and is always on time. He recently restored my headlights, and now they look brand new. Max is always courteous and polite. I do not take my car to anyone else.

I have had Max Detailing my car for over a year now. Every time he does it, it looks better than when I drove it off the lot brand new. Great prices, great work, great attitude! I wouldn't let anyone else detail it.
