Could not figure out a Amazon return, didn't even want to try! Lazy! Instead they had me lug around a 50lb box down to whole foods, so they did not have to figure it out. Manager was not trained! Shame

Never a wasted trip going to Michaels I could live in this place absolutely love it and they have everything crafty u can want or need! So if it a crafting kind of person this is where u need to go u won't be disappointed!

It's a pretty big store but not much in half the store,nice if you need little knick knacks for your place. Went here for bird houses I found off Google,didn't say they were for show only not for actual use ?nice surprise when I got there

I’m not one to take the time to leave reviews but I am today. I got to the register and remembered that I have rewards for being a frequent shopper and Ronda who was ringing me up took a moment to help me get to my rewards on my phone so I could use them. She taught me how to do that quickly, efficiently and with a smile without upsetting the customers behind me waiting in line which I was concerned about. Excellent customer service by Ronda.

Had to check out the sales. Bought some jewelry items to make my earrings. Always enjoy walking through Michaels. Canvas were 70% off Can’t pass that up.

I visited Michaels late at night after realizing I don’t have all the materials I needed for a project. The workers in here are very knowledgeable about their products and where to find them. They had plenty in stock and keep the store very neat and clean. Great experience visiting Michaels. Will be back to support!
